      Beatiful Condo!

Left on 02/14/2013 for a stay in January 2013

603 Kihei Beach Condo was just as it was described on the internet a beautiful condo with an amazing ocean views, I have never been that close to the water you are maybe 75-100 ft from the ocean. All the great reviews you read about this place are true. I am a very picky traveler and don't give many good reviews but this condo is awesome, the owners did a great job on the remodel. It was also very clean & is stocked with all the comforts of home. We rented through ali Resorts they were great people to work with, the easiest check in I ever had. They also met me at the building to give me a tour of the grounds & my unit, they also called me after I had been there a few days to make sure everything was ok. Excellent service! I highly recommend renting this unit!

Service was excellent and the suite was really great again. Will want to stay there again. I would suggest that the mattress topper probably needs to be replaced soon. Also, some of the non-stick frying pans also need to be replaced. Otherwise, a great location, suite for a relaxing stay. Great location right on the beach. Private and very quiet.

Lovely view to wake up to every day

Left on 08/29/2012 for a stay in August 2012

Amazing view! Loved the condo. The finishes were lovely in the kitchen and bath and the place was decorated very tastefully. The kitchen was very well appointed, so when I chose to cook it was not a problem. Being right across the street from a farmers market and the best shaved ice on the island was also a huge plus. The pool is small, but not my thing anyway. However, I did stay there with a child, and she loved it. Its right on the ocean, so whi cares about the pool. The staff was friendly and anything I needed done ( towels changed, etc. ) happened right away. We had a lovely time there, and can't wait to come back.

      Beautiful Location

Left on 07/13/2012 for a stay in June 2012

We really enjoyed this condo. It was very clean and kept up nice. Didn't have any problems with anything. The bed was that of a luxury hotel. We were greeted by Susan from aili. She was very helpful on places to dine and sites to see. I appreciated the call from aili on our first morning asking if everything was as we expected. The staff at aili was also helpful in helping me find a place to get a good pedicure, which I was grateful for. This condo had sand chairs and a cooler which we used daily on our outings. There were reuseable grocery bags which was nice and laundry soap for our use also. This place is perfectly located on the beach. The pool was nice and cleaned daily. The thing I think I will miss most about this place are the 4 mile morning walks on the beach, definately. I don't think there was anything we didn't like about this place.

Home but in a tropical location ph 603!

Left on 05/06/2012 for a stay in April 2012

The location was perfect, the condo amenities were just like home with fully equipped kitchen, bose sound system, flat screen tv with nicely appointed furniture. The lanai was great for breakfast in the morning. The sound of the shore was soothing at night. Did not need the air conditioning as we just opened the slider and the trade winds sent a gentle breeze through the condo. The staff was exceptional with their recommendation for the Old Lahaina Luau in LaHaina as being the most authentic. It was a short picturesque drive. It was very quiet at the condo with no running, noisy kids. The market across the street as well as the aBC store was a little pricey, but you receive a discount card for shopping at Save-a Lot. We loved it!!!

This is a beautifully updated condo set up for pure relaxation. Being located in Kihei it is central and has easy access to all areas on the island. Have to say the Management company is outstanding. Personal Greeters that go out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect. Oh and the view and beach access is great.

Very satisfied with our ten day stay in Kihei Beach #603. This place made us feel at home, very nicely appointed condo unit, great kitchen and bath, beautiful decor. Location, location!, this place is near almost everything, including farmer's market just across the street!. Very tranquil settings, after great sunsets everyday, the shuffling of the coconut trees laves,, right in front, and the calming sound of the surf, just below, will make your soul surrender to the beauty of it all.

We stayed in Kihei 30 years ago and were excited to be able to return. We still talk about our morning walks on the beach, followed by a swim in the pool. The central location was great and we spent our afternoons exploring the island.
      Fantastic service and excellent accommodation.
      Thank you,

    • A great trip, except . . .
      Kihei Beach Condominium

      Enjoyable, except for . . .

Left on 03/15/2011 for a stay in February 2011

My wife and I stayed in unit 603 of the Kihei Beach Condominium, arriving Sunday, 2/20/11. The following day, Monday, 2/21/11, I went down to our car, before entering the condo lobby . It was a rather bright sunny day and the lobby was lighted very dimly as the adjacent condo office was closed. In stepping into the lobby, I did not notice the 2-step stairs going down into the main lobby from the entryway. I walked in, not realizing that I had to descend two steps in order to get to the main lobby. I "launched" into space with the first part of me to hit the floor being my left knee, followed by both hands, and the side of my head, cheek, and glasses. Somewhat dazed, I gathered myself and returned to our unit.

The next day, I reported the incident to the office clerk while I also informed her of our car license number, etc. I also told her that some reflective tape on the top of each of those two stairs would help to alleviate the issue of people not noticing that the stairs, which are made of the same material as the lobby floor and are an unlabeled obstacle. I got the impression that my "unscheduled trip" was not the first such occurrence on these steps. I repeat - a simple remedy will be to clearly make the steps more noticeable by marking the edges of them with reflective tape.

      Fabulous in every way!

Left on 09/07/2010 for a stay in April 2008

We absolutely loved the time we spent at Kihei Beach. The room was fabulous, as were the grounds and service overall. The location couldn't be any better, with a gorgeous beach that isn't packed with people every day. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Kihei Beach and alii Resorts for anyone wanting a nice place to stay on Maui.

Nice quiet condo on gorgeous beach

Left on 08/24/2010 for a stay in December 2009

We've stayed here twice (and will probably stay again sometime in the future). We like the resort -- it's nice and quiet. The beach is gorgeous, and you can walk forever. The sunsets are some of the best we've seen. Unit #603 is one of our favorites -- has new countertops and appliances, all the comforts of home.

      Relaxing oceanfront stay

Left on 08/24/2010 for a stay in July 2010

Had a wonderful stay in Unit #603. Penthouse condo, redone, granite and stainless steel appliances, tile floors throughout. Extra comfy king bed, plenty of closet space. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Adjacent shared lanai along with private lanai. Great 4 mile stretch of uncrowded beach. Head south and there are lots more beaches with lots more people. We preferred the privacy, ease, and quiet of this location to the crowded, noisy mega resort. Parking right in front of building, no fighting for a space, or waiting for a valet, and then walking a mile to your room. Farmers Market with excellent fresh fruits and deli right across street, open M-F. Abc Stores also right across the street. Maui Canoe Club next door, watch or take a ride with them daily! Property was kept immaculate. The only suggestion I would have would be to have a towel exchange a few times a week. Since this unit does not have W/D, it was a pain to go down one floor to do the towels. This is a small thing, but it was vacation after all! Carnie and Kai were both great to work with, and we will definately be coming back, and calling them first! Check out Mama's Fish House for a fabulous lunch or dinner, $$$, or for great value breakfast, Big Wave Cafe, South Kihei Road.

The unit has been updated. View from this unit is great.
There is a shared patio between two units as well as a private patio off the living/dining area.
Kitchen has been well equipped. Would have rented the same unit if it had been available. We are very happy that another unit was availble at the Kiehi Beach Resort for 2011.
