Enjoy breakfast while looking out at the ocean in the lower level condo. This condo boasts a open floor plan with fresh air and natural sunlight throughout. The main room has a large sofa with chairs surrounding an small flat panel TV. The walk in kitchen is fully equipped with a many small appliances and basic large appliances. Up to 8 people can enjoy a meal between the outside and inside tables. The outside table is within the private lanai this rental comes with! The master bedroom has a California king bed and the sofa turns into a sleeper.

My wife and I stayed here in 101 at the end of april 2013 and we were more than pleased. The rooms were clean and decorated very nicely. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the tools you night need like a corkscrew, cutting boards, etc. The view looking over the pool out to the ocean is beautiful (its the wallpaper on my cell phone now!) Everything was updated and modern. The beach was very clean as well as the pool area. The location is great for some really good places to eat, like breakfast at the Kehei Cafe is a must! There is an aBC store very close that has everything and next door is one of my favorite things from my visit, shave ice!
We would absolutely stay here again!

I have been staying at the Kealia since 1980 but this is the first time I have rented 101. I found the unit to be comfortable and convenient. Loved being able to park right outside the door and the convenience of being on the first floor with easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. This unit did not have an over abundance of owner items as some units do so that we felt we had plenty of drawer and closet space to put our things. So often that is a problem and with the smallness of the units it is hard to keep them uncluttered
Suggestions: I would like to see better reading lamps in the living room. We had to take a lamp out of the bedroom in order to have enough light to read in the evening. The toilet needs to be replaced as the low flow type that is in there does not flush very well. -

My two sisters and I stayed here last august for 10 days. With regard to the condo complex - Kealia Resort is amazing. It's a small condo complex directly on the beach. It's quiet and beautiful. The full-time staff who work at the complex are so friendly. They check you in quickly, and keep the grounds immaculate, and are always around if you have questions or need help. There are two communal bbqs, tables right near the ocean, a pool, and lounge chairs. The prices they offer for their condos are very reasonable, and all of the condos are steps from the beach.
With regard to the condo, I've stayed at a number of ground floor ocean front condos on Sugar Beach, and have liked them all, but this condo has been my favorite so far. The price is incredible considering what it offers. This condo is a corner unit and so it seemed larger than other condos that I've had stayed at in the past, which was a plus. It has all of the amenities -kitchen supplies, beach chairs, a little table on the lanai (where you can eat your meals right outside your condo and hear the waves crashing). It's extremely comfortable and well-worth the money.
