Aloha and welcome to our beautiful Maui BEACHFRONT condo located in sunny Kihei at Nani Kai Hale. We just purchased this unit May 27, 2011. It's never been used as a rental until now.
This unit is newly remodeled with 2 full bathrooms. This luxurious condo offers FREE high speed internet, bamboo floors throughout, painted molding, and all new furniture. Great, well equipped beach. Traffic noise prevented us from using the condo lanai. There was also construction noise next door.

I'm sorry you felt there was too much noise. When guests ask about it all I can say is everyone has different tolerance levels. We have not had guests complain about "highway noise" **Just to clarify for those reading reviews, this is not a true "highway" but a two lane road with a speed limit of 25 mph.
Regarding the construction next door. Unfortunately we are unable to control that but it will be ending soon as their project should be coming to completion.
Hopefully you enjoyed the condo? I assume you did as we didn't hear from you during your stay of needing anything. -

I knew from very moment when I entered this beautifully remodeled vacation condo, that my trip was going to be great. The birdseye view of the surrounding landscape, provide completely different perspective of the island thoughout the day. The night breezes are more brisk and make for more comfortable sleeping. The sound of the ocean is an added extra. With all the accommodations of home and a location which makes daily travel easy, I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. The ocean is a few steps from the building and the the pool is always a comfortable temperature. Its location on sugar beach is a true selling point. No crowds and if I didnt know better, I would swear its over two miles of private beach.
