The bedroom suite was very nice, rooms were large enough to stay well in two people. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The patio on the ground floor was fantastic, we were on the garden, that is really well maintained.
We were here in august, the area is very windy durinf the day, but no problem in the patio that is in the side protected by the wind. -

The condo is located right on Sugar Beach in north Kihei.It was comfortable and the sounds of the waves at night just lulled you to sleep. It is in a great location near the Maui Ocean Center aquarium and shops and restaurants also only 15-20 minutes from airport. There are about 8 golf courses within 15 minutes drive and Lahaina is 20-25 minutes drive. It is a small and friendly complex and has a nice swimming beach right at the condo. The only downside was the newly renovated shower with its fantastice shower head did not adjust downward and therefore sprayed onto the ledge and floor of the bathroom. All in all a really nice condo and we would definitely stay at Kealia resort again.

Stayed at unit #105 for the second time for 10 days in November, and can't wait to go back!
If you're in Maui too see the sights, Kealia is a great location as it's so easy to get to Lahaina, over to Paia, off to costco for supplies - very easy to navigate. We did the sunrise tour to Haleakala and they picked us up right at the driveway. You do need a car really in terms of getting around, as it's a few minutes down the road to groceries and restaurants.
#105 itself is perfectly outfitted - i couldn't fit my beach towels in my suitcase and was relieved to find a great supply in the cupboard. The view is spectacular. The corner unit gives you a perfect sunset every day, and we really loved that while there was a pool, it was never crowded or busy.
You can boogie board in the surf right out front, and there's never a shortage of comfortable beach chairs for sun tanning. Many people in the building were owners, and everyone was friendly.
The king-size bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed (we barbequed a lot!). It was nice to have internet access and although there is air conditioning, the ceiling fans made for perfect temperatures and night and there's nothing better than waking up to the sound of crashing waves!
A huge bonus of Kealia is the long walking beach only steps from your door. People are so friendly, and Sherry in the office was quick to help whenever we had a question.
