This gorgeous Royal Mauian Resort condominium has been completely renovated. It is a 2 bedroom / 2 bath Ground Floor home with a partial ocean view.
The kitchen has been enlarged from the typical Royal Mauian floor plan. It features an eating bar, maple cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is also furnished with all the small appliances that you need to make your vacation fun including a blender for fluffy tropical drinks, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

We could not have found a better place to stay than in room 119 at the Royal Mauiian with our family. This newly remodeled and immaculate condo had every amenity and convenience that we needed during our stay. The owner has thought of everything, and was so helpful and accommodating of our needs before, during and after our stay.
The condo's location between Kamaole Beaches 1 & 2 puts it at the center of Kihei shops and restaurants. We were able to cross the street and find great food for breakfast & snorkel rental or just drive a mile up the road for groceries. We went on so many adventures around Maui, but being based in Kihei was ideal, it was so easy to get everywhere!
The Kamaole beaches offer a range of wave intensity from very mellow areas great for little kids to bigger waves on Kamaole 3 for boogie boarders. We went snorkeling right out in front of the building every day and saw beautiful coral, fish and sea turtles! We loved that we didn't have to cross the street or go downstairs to get to the beach, we could just walk right out from the patio with all of our gear. The pool is also right by the shore and a nice place to spend the afternoon.
The rooftop garden is a great place to grill (or we ordered pizza) and have dinner chatting with others in the building. The fact that the condo is a partial ocean view was completely offset by the easy access to the beach, garden, pool as well as the lovely ambiance inside the condo itself! (There was plenty of space for all of us, four adults and two young children each in a pack & play) -

We spent six nights here and plan to return - both to Maui and this rental. I almost don't want to share this review in the hopes the condo will be available for our next trip ... Delivers exactly what is promised in the photos, even more. The owner emailed to ask if we needed anything. I asked for shopping recommendations for our daughters (souvenirs) as ideas for eating out. She replied immediately. Before and during our stay she was extremely helpful. We ate many meals at the condo and the kitchen had everything we needed. Steps away from a great beach and only minutes from other destinations (snorkeling, etc.) So comfortable, like being at home, only better. Laundry facilities saved us - always had fresh swimming suits. Plenty of towels and amenities. Ideal for families.

The first thing that struck me when I stepped out of the car was the swath of glittering blue ocean perfectly framed by swaying palms and colorful hibiscus. It was hard to believe I was really there-- it looked exactly like a postcard. The condo is welcoming and ready to accommodate your every need, perfectly suited to enjoying the beach and sun all day long and having cool drinks in the shade. The beach is so near that you brush the sand off your feet before stepping up onto the lanai.
I thought I would have to go on a dive to see Hawaii's famed aquatic life-- not true! I had only to stick my face in the water right outside the condo to see turtles, octopi, and a dizzying array of fish that I thought I would only see in an aquarium! I was a total novice when it came to water sports, but I had a great time with the snorkel I bought across the street, the boogie boards in the chest on the deck, and a rented paddleboard from down the road.
The entire place is extremely well-ventilated and there are fans everywhere, meaning the heat wasn't an issue even during midday. When inside, there's an assortment of exquisite local art to peruse and a state-of-the-art entertainment system for when you need a break from nature!
The showers are great, the kitchen is roomy, the bedrooms are comfortable-- I slept like a rock every night after sampling the delicious food to be had within walking distance and browsing the local marketplace for hours. I loved that there was such a convenient washer-dryer setup, because my swimsuit got a lot of use! But the final detail that made staying here so unforgettable was definitely the rooftop garden. Watching the spectacular sunset over pina coladas and fresh grilled pineapple made this the vacation of my dreams. Thanks so much, Sipe family. I'd love to go back someday.

Myself, my husband and our 10 month old daughter stayed here for 10 days. So amazing! The location in terms of proximity to everything was great (there was a organic food store across the street which was especially helpful for fresh fruit breakfast runs in the am) and many restaurants to choose from. My husband would run out in the morning and grab a freshly made cinnamon bun from Cinnamon Bun Fair which is in the plaza directly across the street and we would enjoy this on the lanai every morning -sooo tasty and probably the most enjoyable time of every day of our vacation! The condo itself was gorgeous and set up well for us with our little one (the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo so she sleep soundly all night). It was also stocked with plenty of everything we needed. Ground floor also made for quick access to the pool (which was quiet, clean and never busy) and beach (we saw turtles every afternoon!) so that we didn't have to hop on the elevator. Susan was wonderful to correspond with and was always quick to reply with any questions we had. We ate at Sensei's just a 15 minute walk down the road for sushi and it was the best we've ever had and Matteo's in Wailea for the greatest Italian style pizza I've had since visiting Italy. We would definitely return to this location and stay in unit 119 again-it was our most memorable vacation yet and this unit knowing it was clean and equipped made it feel just like home!

This beautfully furnished condo space was amazing!!! It's so close to the beach, has a great pool and had all the amenities for enjoying our own cooking when we wanted. It was impecably clean and felt so cozy to hang out in.

we were the first renters of this condo after the reno was completed. Everything was done extremely well and made for a very comfortable and pleasant 2 week stay. It is quiet and the location is perfect and so convenient to both the beach and also parking. Being on the ground floor is the best! No hauling all the beach stuff up and down. We rented a paddleboard for a week and wouldn't have been able to if we weren't on the ground floor...won't fit in the elevator and won't navigate around the stair corners. I highly recommend this condo both for the gorgeous interior and the great location to the beach, shops and fabulous restaurants directly across the street.

This condo was perfect for our family of four. We had instant access to the beach and lawn chairs in front of the building.Plus the ground floor access was very convenient not only for suitcases but quick access to the bathroom and forgotten items. The interior is well decorator and stocked appropriately. The king size bed in the master was very good quality and the ac made sleeping great. Nice linens and gorgeous showers made cleanup easy. Directly across the street are shops for quick pick ups of sun screen and a few groceries or great treats at the cinnamon bun store or smoothies at the smoothie shack. Location was great for us sun seeking, beach loving family Enjoy!
