My family went to Maui for the 1st time and I wanted a very special experience for all of us. I researched hotels and different condos and was so happy with our choice. I loved the way the condo was decorated. The ocean view was beautiful and the complex was very nice. Bbq grill, pools are were awesome! I hope to come back again soon.

This was our first visit to Maui. We chose to stay in Kihei because it had been recommended as a more economical choice and we prefer a condo type rental rather than resort. The condo was in a great location - directly across the street from Kam 1 beach. Could have walked to Kam 2 and 3 but we generally drove and used public parking that was available. We drove because we had the use of beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, floats, ice chest from condo. We didn't need to purchase any item other than our groceries. We were able to easily drive to other beaches in Wailea, Makena beach, and a snorkel tour from Ma'alaea. Necessary beach rental shops for paddle boards and snorkel equipment were just across the street from Kam2 beach. We never had a feeling that the area was overly crowded. Restaurants were available withing walking distance or a quick drive. The condo was comfortable and the view was as shown in the pictures - totally enjoyed this each morning. The kitchen was well appointed compared to other condo rentals that we've had in the past. Air conditioning was sufficient and we usually didn't need for the full day. There was some remodeling or construction going on in the unit next to us that was noisy and inconvenient for parking, but we weren't generally in the condo during the day. We used the pool in the afternoons and again, wasn't crowded and plenty of lounge chairs. We had no problem with the rental arrangements, checkin or checkout. Deborah was always available by email with any questions and quick to respond. We hope to be able to travel to Maui again sometime in the future.

So nice to walk into a beautifully appointed condo which was clean, comfortable and felt like a tropical home. I loved everything about it from the furnishings to the well supplied kitchen, comfortable beds, and spacious bathrooms with luxury linens.
The pool at the condo is beautiful and the grounds are lovely and well manicured - so nice for early morning or evening walks. The beach is within walking distance and just about everything else is within five minutes - an ideal location in my opinion.
The first time I went my all-time favorite experience was the view from the lanai off the living room where I had coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening watching the whales breach and spout in the bay.
This time my favoriate thing was the perfect weather, the flowers in full bloom, and the slower pace due to the island not being so crowded. -

This place has the most amazing view in Kihei! You can see three other islands while enjoying a cocktail at sunset on the lanai. The location is great, close to the beach and shopping and the condo is nicely furnished.

This was my second stay and I will be booking again for next year. I have stayed in several hotels and vacations rentals throughout the islands and this is one of the nicest, most comfortable and conveniently located places I where I have stayed. The condo feels less like a rental and more like a home. The owners obviously have put a great deal of thought into the decor and amenities and have not scrimped on any detail. Mahalo and ahui Ho!

The location and view was beautiful. The cleanliness of the property was good. For the price, I would have liked the finishes to be more updated. Service was really good.
