We had a great stay in Kihei akahi unit C-505. Upon arrival we found it to be very clean with all that we needed for our two week stay on the island. I must add that the bed was very comfy and the unit itself is very quiet. Ok, except for the loud birds in the morning. :)

Our condo was very clean and the location was ideal. It was only a few steps from the beach and all the amenities were very close. Maui Condo and Car staff were very friendly and professional. I will use this company next year when I plan on visiting Maui again.

This condo was easy to find and get into, was very well provisioned, very clean, and had a lovely view. We especially appreciated the gas stove, washer/dryer, cleanliness, and excellent location. The only, very small, suggestion I would make is to get some new skillets- the current ones are about used up!

I appreciated the excellent professional attention, from beginning to end. We met the owner of the property and she was wonderful! The condo is lovely and fully stocked with beach gear so it was nice not to have to pack beach towels, etc. Althought the bathroom is a bit small, I highly recommend this unit.

My wife and I traveled here for our first vacation to Hawaii. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The condo was in great condition and VERY clean! The management company answered EVERY TIME we called and was VERY HELPFUL! We loved the ocean view, and would definitely recommend this condo to our friends and family! Aloha!

We travel a great deal and found Kihei Akahi C505 among the nicest condos we've ever rented. It is certainly the best supplied/equipped. The condo has been beautifully remodelled, the view from the lanai is gorgeous, and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The location, across from Kam II beach, is perfect -- connects to an ocean trail, near shops and restaurants, convenient to everything. We had a wonderful stay and hope to stay at this condo again in the future.

Condo had everything you could possibly want or need. The location is GREAT.... The only negative thing I have to say is "one week is not enough".
