Koa resort condo community has 5 tropical landscaped acres with 5 low rise buildings surrounding an Olympic sized pool. Ground floor unit completely remodeled with all the comforts of home. Private entrance, a private lanai with a view straight to the pool makes this a quiet, relaxing place to explore all Maui has to offer. You never will feel like your crowded here. 54 units share all the grounds and amenities, so you may have the pool to yourself. It is all about comfort and convenience. Buy too much at the farmers market? Use the golf cart to drive your treasures from the parking lot to the unit. Let the kids play tennis or ping-pong while you grill the fresh fish on the grill at the cabana complete with free wi-fi as well so the kids can connect with games and you can down load e-mail while dinner cooks. Let the trade winds gentle breezes lull you to sleep in your choice of King, Queen or one of the two twin beds.

Getting around

Recommend a rental car to explore the island. We have public transportation. However why limit yourself? There is so much to see and do. Unless you just want to relax and not explore? Koa resort does have the largest heated Pool in Kihei! With only 57 units on 5 acres. It is possible you'll have the place all to yourself. Get your rental car immediately after booking flights and my place. check with me on whom. Local companies save you money.

I am available with loads of information both by text while you are staying plus I send loads of information about the condo but also what to do on Maui. I make sure you get all your questions answered before you travel. And am available while on island. Been hosting my personal condo for 10 years.

Fantastic location and nicely updated. I'd recommend bringing some spices from home if you plan on cooking and bring extra tp but other than that, it's well stocked.

Response from the owner Spices get stale here quickly & go unused. Bring your favorite. I buy local favorites when I am on island and recommend you take them home as souvenirs! I don't stock food. Hawaii is not a good place to leave food items sit. Too many different tastes out there to stock food items. Kitchen is fully equipt with just about anything you can think of!
