When going to Maui you want comfort, an amazing view, site amenities and ease of travel to other sites on the island. Our home exceeds in all these things and insures a special, memorable vacation on Maui.
Our HOME is tastefully furnished and decorated. Amenities include full air conditioning, ceiling fans in all rooms and on the lanai (balcony), flat screen TVs, granite kitchen with all the cooking accessories your would need, tiling throughout, two bathrooms each with walk-in showers, and a spacious balcony that can fit everyone for meals and hanging out. Master Bedroom has a king size bed and wall mounted flat screen TV.

We travel all the time. We have been to Hawaii twice before. This place was truly amazing. There was everything you can think of. We especially appreciated all the beach stuff, you do not have to bring anything, it's all there for you to use, the entire closet is full. Very clean and well taken care of. Paul & Joan were fantastic to work with, fast responding and very helpful. Perfect location, not far from the airport, restaurants and shopping. This place has great amenities including vegetable/herbal garden for guests. We especially enjoyed walking on the lawn, best grass ever! Sunsets on the balcony were amazing every night and so were early mornings. I will recommend this place to all my friends who will travel to Maui in the future. When I go back to Maui (and I will) I will definitely stay there again!!!

This condo had everything you could ask for and more. Every type of kitchen utensil, gadget, bowl, pots pans etc. Snorkeling gear...many sets, boogie boards, played tennis with my sons for the first time using the rackets from the condo, kids beach toys, a stroller !!. Close to shops, grocery stores and restaurants. Comfortable beds, fantastic towels and then the views. Sunsets from the lanai are perfect. The grounds at the complex are maintained like no other. The photos don't do it justice, you have to see it for yourself. Fantastic experience, hope to do it again in the future. I would recommend this for couples, parents with teenagers (we had 3 kids) and parents with small children.

Unbelievable view day or night, right from the lanai. Super clean. Hosts provide everything a visitor would need-snorkel gear, spices, bedding,boards,condiments,numerous books and videos for example.
Unit was spacious, and made you feel comfortable. A must place to stay. -

My wife and I stayed there in 2011 and my wife and her friend were there in March 2012 and my wife and I are going there in Oct. 2012. Obviously we like the unit very much.The view from the lanai is beautiful.The unit has all the amenities you need to cook,play or just relax. The grounds are very nice with a pool,spa,shuffle board,BBQ,tennis courts,and probably more that we just didn't have time to do.

My wife and I stayed at this condo in December 2010 and was everything and more than I expected. Great view,very clean and furnished with everything we needed including a lot of extras. Would definetly recommend this condo. Can't wait to go back!

Four of us stayed here for a week and we loved every minute. The condo has everything that you need. We loved the lania and enjoyed coffee and watching the whales in the morning and watching the sunset every evening. The beds are very comfortable... and the towels in the condo and beach towels were top quality. We had breakfast in the room and packed a lunch everyday so the coolers and ice maker in the freezer came in handy. We also used the binoculars to get a closer look at the whales. The free whireless internet is great for keeping in touch with family. We also had a bit of entertainment... a baby turtle went for a quick swim in the pool before he made his way back to the ocean. This is a very central place to tour the island from. Thanks Paul.

We highly recommend renting this condo for your next stay in Kehei. It is better than described. The condo is fully equipped and it very clean. The condo is tastefully decorated with quality furniture. Everything looks new. The towels and linens are what you would expect at a nice hotel. There is even binoculars to watch the whales! The lanai is large and perfect for eating a meal or having a cocktail while you watch the sunset. The view is incredible! My family has been to Maui over a dozen times and this is truly one of the best maintained condos we have rented from a private owner.

This condo is a great place to stay in Kihei. The pictures acurrately depict the high quality of this unit, which worked out perfectly for our family. The kids had a fabulous time. They snorkled and boogie boarded for the first time and had so much fun. The generous toy closet was amazing. We didn't need to bring anything from home. The accomodations themselves were superb. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the lanai as well as the beautiful sunsets every evening. The grounds are nicely manicured and the pool was clean. We were able to take advantage of the barbecue downstairs to have family over for a party. The location on the island worked for us to travel to both upcountry to see family and to head to the beaches at Ka'anapali. The only downside is there really isn't a usable beach outside the condo. Other than that, I highly recommend this condo.

It has been two years since our last visit and the kids still talk about the amazing time we had in Maui. The biggest part was the amazing condo we stayed. Every day since our last stay we have been wanting to return and our goal is once again to have the pleasure of utilizing the amazing condo that gave us such breath taking views.
We still cannot thank you enough as we enjoyed every second of everyday during that vacation. Your home is very beautiful and the families that share the same location were fantastic! The location of the condo was perfect as everything we needed was close by. Hope to have the same experience and better very soon!! -

We have stayed at this condo twice in the last two years. The owner is very pleasant to deal with. There are many features of the condo that vacationers will appreciate - tile floors throughout, good quality beds and linens, a very well equipped kitchen, in suite washer/dryer, a very spacious lanai with a breathtaking ocean view (great for whale watching)and a cupboard full of beach equipment, to name just a few. The Maui Sunset has gorgeous grounds and a very large pool. Being located in Kihei, it is also convenient to many beaches and attractions in Maui. We look forward to returning to this condo in the near future.
