Aloha and Welcome to “The Maui Vista Gem” Unit #2404

Our Condo

This is a wonderful, comfortable condo with great furniture and updated appliances. It was the owner’s personal residence, so it is upgraded nicer than many strictly rental units. In fact, some people who have looked at several units in Maui Vista say this is one of the nicest units at Maui Vista.

It feels larger than normal, one-bedroom condos due to high, white vaulted ceilings and the second loft bedroom.

There is a living room, kitchen, dining area master bedroom and a full bathroom on the main floor and a loft bedroom and full bath on the 2nd f...loor.

The lanai is furnished with comfortable, high, swivel cushioned chairs and a high table for your enjoyment.

Fully equipped for comfortable living and fun!

This condo is fully equipped, with all of the linens and kitchen equipment you may need. We even provide spices and other niceties, like a hand-cart to bring groceries, etc from your car to the condo to make your stay an easy one. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit.

We have free wireless internet, cable TV, a DVD player both in the living room and bedrooms plus a CD player.

You will have use of equipment we find helpful for enjoying the beach: like beach chairs, large beach mats, beach towels and also boogie boards and snorkels.

Location at Maui Vista

This unit is in Building 2 of Maui Vista. This building is back a bit from the main road and shielded from road noise by Building 1.

It is on the 4th, top floor, for a great view out past Building 1 to the ocean. You can see epic sunsets and sometime even breaching whales. (There is an elevator for ease of access as well as stairs.)

Maui Vista Resort is one of Maui's great destinations for singles, couples and families alike.

Enjoy the extensive grounds: relax by the 3 freshwater pools and use the 3 outdoor showers, 6 full size tennis courts and 3 barbeque areas with grassy outdoor eating areas.

There is also an on-site Activities Desk for all your sight-seeing and activities needs.

There is plenty of free parking and no resort fees.

The Location on Maui: Convenient to great beaches, shopping and other activities.

We are located on Maui's sunny South Shore. (Note, South Kehei has better weather than north Kihei (less windy) and the beaches offer better swimming, surfing, etc.).

We are across the street from one of the most beautiful, light sandy beaches on Maui, famous Charlie Young Beach, where weddings take place; it is that romantic and gorgeous. This beach is perfect for boogie boarding, swimming, snorkeling, boating, surfing, running, walking or just relaxing.

Try surfing at the nearby "Cove,” Maui's most popular beach for surfing enthusiasts. Looking to become a real part of the Blue Something movie where novices challenge themselves to ride the waves for the first time. This is the most popular surfing learning spot on Maui, with instructors with very big, easy-to-paddle surfboards, just waiting for their next victim, err student.

Close to fabulous Wailea, you can explore a different white beach every day. On a full moon, a favorite thing to do is walk on the long path along the shore by the world-famous hotels.

You can also walk to many great restaurants, shops of all kinds, convenient grocery stores and many other attractions like diving and fishing boats, are nearby.

We know you will have a fabulous time enjoying this wonderful, comfortable condo and the wonders of Maui.
