We are Jamie & Lori Lawrence and we are full time Maui Residents. We'll make sure your stay is all you dreamed it would be! Our unit is a newly renovated 2 bedroom condo in the very desirable South Kihei area. Kitchen renovation includes granite counter tops, upscale cabinetry and appliances. The amazing Kamaole white sand beaches are your playground every day. Swimming pools, tennis courts, lots of fun activities to keep your vacation on track! The south Kihei area is well known for it's restaurants and gorgeous white sand beaches. Here are some highlights:

The updated unit was excellent. We stayed in the exact same unit in 2009 before it was renovated and were completely impressed by the quality of the upgrades and the personal service provided Jamie and Lori. The attention to detail and extras (Tommy Bahama beach chairs, good boogie board, coffee, paper products, Mac computer, flat screen tvs, books, videos) plus the well stocked kitchen (flatware, pots and pans, utensils, new appliances, etc.) definitely added to the enjoyment of our stay. Great unit and thanks for the hospitality.

I stayed here in November 2012 and I almost didn't want to review it because I wanted it to be a well kept secret that only few people know about. It really is that awesome! The condo location in the resort itself is great: far from the main street, close to parking area, pools, and literally a 5 minute walk to the beach. Also a 5 -12 minute stroll to many restaurants and shops(depending on how far down you want to go) down the street. Upon arrival, the condo was spotless and well-appointed. There was even a small welcome basket for us, which was a very nice touch. The pictures you see here are what you get: modern, clean and inviting. With the exception of your own clothes,food, and toothbrush, everything you could possibly need for your stay is provided, including kids beach toys. It was my hubby & I, and our twin 6 year olds. They needed a nap occasionally in the middle of the afternoon and the black out shades kept it dark enough for them to sleep. The a/c units in each room, along with fans, kept the unit cool during the midday heat. The owners, Lori and Jamie, were friendly, hospitable and easy to get a hold of for any questions we had and followed up to make sure we were happy. We will certainly rent this condo again in the future and whole-heartedly recommend you reserve it, should you happen to chose Maui as your next vacation! You will be extremely pleased.

Our stay at Q107 was absolutely the best! Just like the pictures and more! Like a home away from home. Internet, Cable TV, free long distant calls to Canada... Everything was provided from kitchen gadgets to Q-tips & shampoo... made for a stress-free stay.
If we found there was anything we needed, Jamie and Lori were more than willing to go out of their way to help.
Only downfall was the pool closest to the condo was under reno's, but the other pool was great. Bbq's were still close.
I would highly recommend this condo for your next vacation in Maui... close to great beaches, many restaurants, and shopping.
The owners are pretty darn great too :)
We felt truly blessed to be invited to Jamie & Lori's home to celebrate Thanksgiving with their family and friends. They made us feel so welcome. We totally enjoyed listening to Jamie play at Stella Blues as well.
Will definitely be returning...

Other than not having a waiter on hand to serve us Mai Tai's upon demand this apartment was 100% perfect :-)
Immaculately furnished, great kitchen, large beds, linen, towels (bath & beach), awesome shower in the "studio room" (plus lots of toiletries for both bathrooms so no need to bring soap or shampoo etc, same for the kitchen with towels and dishwasher and washing machine tablets, boogie boards & chairs, 3 Tv's (which we hardly used as there is so much to do in Maui), a large computer, free wifi, a welcome pack, frankly its hard to think of anything missing at all. Oh yes, that waiter.
Steps away from the pool, (but not so close you'd get noise from there), immaculately manicured grounds, a 3 or 4 minute walk to the beach (Kamaole II), shops and a few restaurants (Cafe Olei our favourite) within a few minutes walk or drive, covered parking, the list goes on and my only annoyance at the moment is that I'm not back there right now !
We dropped in once to Stella's Blues Bar to see our host Jamie singing (really good) and would have gone a second time but I think we were up Haleakala or snorkeling or something, lots to do on Maui, so when you match the perfect apartment with the perfect island, its hard to know how to top that.
Its also worth saying that Jamie was a great host, we had to call him a couple of times for non apartment related stuff and he helped us out, and he was easy to deal with when setting up the rental in the first place.
We were two couples in the two rooms, so no need to try out the sofa to see if it became a bed also, but this apartment would certainly suit anyone wanting two separate bedrooms as they are really separate, and if it is a sofa bed, one or two children as well.
We took a chance on this apartment when we rented because it was newly refurbished with no rental history, but we are really glad we did.
Rent without hesitation.

We came for my daughter's wedding and my son and his wife
stayed with us. It had great space so we never felt crowded. It was like having two separate apartments. It
was neat and clean and well appointed. It even had a little kitty waffle iron that everyone loved. All the
appliances were newer and worked very well. There was a
swimming pool and a tennis court basically next to the
condo, so very convenient. Our rooms were about two blocks from the ocean beach so an easy stroll to get
there. Parking was very convenient, so easy to load and
unload luggage. There was a little patio to sit on outside the living area and bedroom anytime you weren't
running around the island. The front desk personnel were
always very helpful with any questions I might have. The
location was very convenient for grocery stores and
restaurants. There was swimming and snorkeling gear to
use and tennis stuff also. It had almost everything you
needed to live in paradise. It would have been nice to
have a view of the ocean from your room but that would
have been too perfect, and all you had to do was walk
a few steps to see it. The beach close to the condo was
beautiful and we saw fantastic sunsets from it. There
was a large flat screen tv and a computer and printer.
We received all this at a very reasonable condo rate.
We would stay there again and again. My wife didn't
want to leave. We were there a little over a week and
it definitely wasn't long enough. The owner Jamie
Lawrence was very helpful before we got there with any
questions we had about the condo. Highly recommended. -

Two thumbs up! Unit is modern, clean, well maintained and quiet...what you see in the photos is what you get. Our family of 5 was very comfortable in Jamie and Lori's property (children ages 15, 13 and 10; we rented unit from apr 3 to apr 16/2012).
Q107 backs off of Kihei Road roughly 150 to 200 yards...no big deal to us, we drove to Big Beach often, you are a 5 minute walk from Kam II beach - right across the street - seconds away from the pool, hot tub and grills and close to convenient parking.
Jamie and Lori address any questions or concerns you may have promptly to ensure your stay is pleasant and satisfying. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Jamie and Lori's property. -

We totally enjoyed our stay at Q107. It was fully stocked with everything you can imagine. Towels, snorkel gear, beach mats, sand toys, bbq tools, playpen, booster seat, etc. Very modern, clean and the beds were very comfortable.
We would absolutely stay here again especially with children.
our only suggestion for the condo would be a little collapsible cooler to keep drinks or cold stuff to bring to the beach.
Owners were very accomodating and friendly. We arrived to a nice little welcome package and they phoned to make sure everything was alright and let us stay a little longer on our check out day which was much appreciated. -

If you are looking for a centrally located 2 bedroom, fully-equipped condo to rent you will have to look no further than this unit. We stayed for 9 days at the end of September and this unit was, by far,the most amenities of any we have stayed at since we started coming to Maui in 1977. From the 3 flat -screen tvs to everything that a gourmet cook would need ,there wasn't anything that this condo didn't have. It will be the only place we stay at upon our return
