Our Unit 2-107 is a private end unit with no passersby due to perfect location on this beautiful, 15-acre tropical property at the end of South Kihei Rd near Wailea, with easy access to the ocean viewed from the lanai. This a 1 bedroom, 2 full baths, w/King bed, Queen sofa-sleeper and full-sized fold up futon is an end unit with an extra side window allowing Hawaiian trade breezes to flow through, is near gas BBQ, in an ideal position between pool and ocean. Additional notes from owner
Reservation deposit as follows: Due within 48 hours of the reservation: Two night deposit for any reservation up to a two weeks; an additional night deposit for each additional week. A refundable damage deposit of $250 also due and refundable within 2 weeks of check-out based upon the cleaning crew assessment of the unit. The balance of the reservation total amount is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancelation fee: if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival date a full refund of the deposits less a $150 handling fee.
Cancelation fee: if cancelled less than or equal to 60 days prior to arrival: the damage deposit would be refundable less the handling charge. If we are able to rerent the unit, a further refund of any amount related to rerental dates and associated pricing on the rerental would be provided.
Resort Fee: $25 due at check-in covers daily paper, access to secured Wi-Fi in the unit, and unsecured in the lobby and poolside; poolside Mai Tai and music/hula party every Wednesday from 3 PM to 5 PM.

We have stayed in 2-107 twice for six weeks each time and have already booked for next year.
Each time when we arrive the condo was very clean and tidy. It has been nicely updated and when the owners come each year they make sure that everything is in good condition. There is pride of ownership and it shows.
The large covered lanai is a real plus and has a partial ocean view. Since the condo is at the end of the building the lanai is very private with nobody passing by in front of you.
There is a good supply of all the necessities such as linens, towels, kitchen utensils,beach toys, etc. and they are all good quality.
The location within the complex is a real plus being close the pool, the tennis courts, and the bar b que. Reserved parking is right outside the door.
The owner is very easy to deal with and returns emails quickly

We just spent three fabulous weeks in this condo 2-107. From the moment we walked through the door after a long flight we felt at home. The condo is tastefully decorated, very clean and well equipped with everything you need in a home away from home.
The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make a snack or a large meal at the BBQ area, which is just steps away from the condo.
The bed is comfy, towels and sheets are of good quality and plentiful.
The large lanai with the comfortable furnishings were great to enjoy your coffee in the early morning sun or a glass of wine in the evening. It looks out on the beautiful well kept grounds of Kamaole Sands, with a peak at the Ocean. We took many pictures of the Maui sunsets from right out front of the condo.
The owners provide a closet with beach gear, towels, chairs, coolers, boogie boards. We felt we had been supplied with so many things that we needed to give back, so we purchased a new umbrella and a small boogie board. It can be enjoyed by the next guests and we also knew we would be renting this condo in the future.
The owner Jean has been easy to communicate with and the rental process is easy and straight forward. We have stayed at many rental properties and this one is by far one of the best we have rented. We truly look forward to our return to this lovely condo and of course all that Maui has to offer.

2. It's tastefully and comfortably furnished.
