The Hulapalm vacation rental is nestled in the Island Surf building in Kihei Maui Hawaii. The ocean and the dancing palm trees can be seen from the lanai, the living room, and the dinning room. We have just finished a complete remodel. The condo is equipped with a new state of the art air conditioning system. The modern kitchen is very efficient and equipped with full size appliances. The bathroom has a tiled walk in shower. The bedroom is plush with a cal king bed with high quality linens. The Hulapalm is well designed and maticulusly cared for. The Island Surf building is a landmark in Kihei. It is located across from the infamous Cove park. The Cove has a lovely beach and is a great place for surfing and water sports. Built in 1973 the Island Surf has been very well maintained. It has elevators and plenty of parking. There is also a nice pool and BBQ area located just down the hall on the second floor. For your convenience the ground floor of the building is filled with shops such as scuba, surfing, salon, dinning, bikes, and more. The location for vacation necessities such as coffee, grocery shopping, restaurants, dancing, bars, and more are all within a few minutes walk. Across the street is Kalama park offering beautiful walks, runs, or bike rides along the ocean front. There are public tennis courts, horseshoes, volleyball, basketball, and even an ocean front skating rink. If you are so inclined you could easily take a cab to the Hulapalm from the airport and not need a rental car. Most everything you need is within walking distance. Within minutes you can find all you need to create your perfect Maui vacation.

We decided to take a last minute trip to Maui and wanted something comfortable at a affordable price. Glad to have found this place it's cozy and right in the heart of Kihei. Walking distance to beaches, restaurants and shopping for souvenirs.

My husband and I celebrated our 15 years anniversary on Maui. We saw whales breaching while sitting on our lanai and enjoyed the Maui sun. This unit met( and exceeded) our expectations. The accomodations are fantastics. We will absolutely book this condo again. The location is exceptional.

The condo looked exactly as the pictures showed. It was extremely clean and had pretty much everything you could need. It was in walking distance to the a lot of the local bars, restaurants and grocery stores.
