Our deluxe unit is a second floor unit with beautiful garden views and even a glimpse of Haleakala. We have just updated this condo with top of the line appliances and decor. The bathroom is complete with a full Italian tile walk-in shower, mirrored medicine cabinet, granite coutertops, dark maple cabinets with Hansgrohe fawcets and brushed nickle accessories. A new 12,000 BTU Air Conditioner, which although is located in the living room, extends cool comfort to the bedroom as well. All this to go along with our new Italian ceramic tile floors in kitchen and hallway. The kitchen has new high end granite countertops, sink with Hansgrohe fauc...ets, new stainless steel fridge with icemaker, stainless steel stove, stainless steel dishwasher and microwave/convection oven. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cutlery, glassware, cookware and even spices for your cooking pleasure. Everything you will need to make your stay feel just like home.

In-Suite Washer & Dryer as well as brand new tiled lanai and a stocked storage cabinet on the lanai. You as the guest will have full access to use and return the boogie boards, beach chairs & mats, umbrellas, snorkling gear, sand toys, coolers and much more.

Further, as a guest to this unit you will have access to WIFI and High Speed Internet services as well as any support you require from the front desk.

A new Queen size bed with with foam mattress topper, beautiful linens, bedside tables with reading lamps and digital alarm clock/radio, deluxe ceiling fan with remote, 32 ' 1080p High def TV, allowing you great TV entertainment before you turn in. The closets have ample storage space and are stocked with an ironing board, vacum, extra towels, blankets and linens for your relaxing stay

The living room has a pull out Queen Sofa bed if needed. Also a Panasonic 50' 1080p flatscreen TV with WIFI and internet capability, 3D blue ray player, and a Sony iPod docking station so you can listen to your own tunes via your iPhone or iPod as well as misc, movies etc yours to explore. There is also a granite eating bar and/or a four place dining table that you can keep inside or move out to the lanai. The Lani also has a small sitting table a two patio chairs for the times you like to have a glass of wine taking in the fresh ocean air.

Feel the Aloha when you stay in at the Kihei Kai Nani. Our unit, #234 is located in sunny South Kihei, just 10 miles from Kahului International Airport, and directly across the street from Kamaole II Beach - easily one of the finest lifeguarded beaches on Maui for swimming, surfing, snorkling and just relaxing! In the evening people come from all the other resorts to watch the most spectacular sunsets and listen to the famous sunset konch shell blower. Awaiting you are lush tropical gardens, Luaus, whale watching, romantic sunsets, swimming, paddleboarding, snorkeling, and kickback relaxing within close proximity to this condo. A bonus at the beach encompasses things like incredible fish and enchanting sea turtles!
Many varieties of birds to excite even the novice birdwatcher! Shopping, golfing, groceries, restaurants are all nearby or within walking distance. Did you know you could rent a Harley or a scooter for those motorcycle buffs so inclined a block away, then go and cruise Maui. A favourite is the 808 Bistro, located next door, where you are able to enjoy high end cuisine and bring your own bottle of wine for those nights you don't want to make a meal.

  Beautifully remodeled condo, close to the ocean and the heart of Kihei shopping and restaurants. Enough off the main road to have peace and quiet, yet still a short, easy walk to the beach. Nice sun on the lanai in the morning and most the afternoon, while the condo stays cool in the shade. Nice owner, friendly neighbors and helpful office staff. Easy parking. Highly recommend!
