One bedroom, two bath ocean view fourth floor condo. Good walking, windsurfing, kitesurfing beach fronts this oceanfront condo complex in North Kihei. A couple of minutes away from Kamaole Beach I, one of the great beaches on the sunny South shore. Air conditioning in livingroom and bedroom. Condo has a queen size bed and sofa sleeper. Complimentary High Speed Internet!

We enjoyed our stay, but had a few concerns.
One of the main reasons we picked Maui Sunset was that it had a fitness facility on site. However, the fact that it did not open until 8:00 and 9:00 on weekends was truly inconvenient. We like to workout early in the day, and be enjoying the Hawaii weather by 9:00! I am sure there could be some kind of access to the workout room without waiting for the office to open.
We had a blender that did not work, but this was replaced quickly by property managers.
The internet was down 2-3 times.
The tv in the living room area was so old that the hdmi cable we brought to watch movies did not attach. As well the tv remote did not work.
The air conditioners were old and rattled loudly. We tried to use it the first night, but couldn't sleep. Use of fans and windows worked better.
Athe cupboards were crammed with old dishes, bowls. Not orderly or organized, but through a good hunt we found most of what we needed. -

The rental staff at Kumulani is the best. I have been using them for years, and without doubt have been extremely helpful even when I come over on a moments notice. I have recommended them to others without hesitation as the go to people for a stay in Maui. I always stay at Maui Sunset as it is the best value with clean well designed units. Sunny the grounds keeper of the past 20 years has done an impeccable job in making this a great island escape paradise. Keep up the good work to all. See you soon.
