Lovely One bedroom, two bath garden view fifth floor condo. Good walking, windsurfing, kitesurfing beach fronts this oceanfront condo complex in North Kihei. A couple of minutes away from Kamaole Beach I, one of the great beaches on the sunny South shore. Air conditioning in livingroom and bedroom. Features Queen bed and a sofa sleeper in living room. Complimentary High Speed Internet!Property features beautifully manicured grounds, tennis courts, putting green, shuffle board, exercise room, sauna, Jacuzzi, large pool and Gas BBQ grills.

Condo had lots of old furniture and air conditioning was very loud. It Is time to up grade. Lot's of street noise too.

Very comfortable and relatively quiet unit. The property could use an upgrade in its furnishings and a minor reno on both bathrooms. Great location, close to our favourite restaurant in Kihei. The management firm was very professional and responded quickly to our two calls.Found them to be quite understanding and cooperative.

Furniture and tv old. Great location,friendly staff. Would stay at this location again ,but in a different condo.

Although the condo complex was beautiful and well maintained, the condo (503b) was not. The condo furniture was worn and old, the couch in particular. The linoleum was old and dated. The kitchen faucet leaked and the toilet in the bathroom near the kitchen didn't flush well for fecal matter. Also the lighting in the kitchen area was poor. Finally, the overall decor (particularly the 8 foot parrot) left a lot to be desired.
