Description

Fully furnished ocean view condo in south Maui across from one of the best snorkeling beaches in Maui. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit features a king bed in the master bedroom with two twin beds in the second bedroom.

The kitchen has granite counter tops, back splash and an island range oven. Unit includes a washer and dryer. Ceiling fans in living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms. We do not have A/C. Free wireless internet; and free phone calls to US and Canada provided.

We have an on-island manager with 24 hour availability. For your protection, keyless entry is provided via satellite lock box.

When available, by prior arrangement, late departure at 1/2 nightly rate.

We have an on-site manager who lives at Maui Parkshore and is also available should you have any questions or issues during your stay. We have a keyless entry system and I provide your door code several days before your arrival.

Response from the owner Although we believe that your complaints are unfounded, we are sorry for your disappointment. We do not advertise that we have A/C, but do point out that we have ceiling fans in both bedrooms, baths, and the living room. The on site manager is a woman and she was indeed available during your stay; her contact information was sent to you several times prior to your visit. In addition, we are always available by phone or e-mail; Our unit is individually owned, so the on-site maintenance man for the complex would not be able to address an issue with individual units. You arrived before the check-in time and after calling me, a door access code was generated which allowed you to enter early. I was unable to allow you to check out late, as you requested a few days before your departure, because we had another guest checking in that afternoon. Again, we are sorry you were disappointed, however we always try to accommodate a request if possible.

How do damage deposits work?

If Diane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
