This is our home away from home and we want our visiting guest to enjoy this beautiful property as much as we do.
Our condo has wonderful views of the garden below, the Pacific Ocean and Molokini Crater. Kamaole Beach Park II is the beach directly across the street from our complex. It is a very nice beach to snorkel and swim in. The beach is wide and long connecting to other beach parks so you can take very long walks along the coast as far south to the end of Wailea. The sand is soft and white. The water is clean and blue. There is a life guard on duty and public restrooms and showers.

$89 to $125 non-refundable cleaning fee to rates noted above. There is a 13.25% HI state tax that needs to be included on top of the nightly rate and fees. Fees vary depending on which unit you book. The featured unit in this video is the one I own unit C618.

This Management Co. rents out Three properties, we stayed at Island Surf. We loved it, from the welcome basket when we got there. The view is amazing, it's quiet, clean & close to a lot of great restaurants & shopping. Also right across the road from the Surf School. The pool looked great, but we didn't use it, since we'd rather swim in the ocean. We did use the BBQ, after we went out deep sea fishing & both caught Mahi Mahi's though.

We have stayed in Kathy's condo for the last 7 years.We stay for the month of November and February. She is continually updating it.The location,the interior decorating,the amenities are all first class. We think of it as our home away from home.

I have stayed in this complex many times over the past 25 yrs C618 is like I say "Home away from home". Everything a person needs for a vacation in Maui. An awesome location, just steps from the beach, shopping and great places to eat. To sum it up I have allready booked for christmas!!!
