My wife and I travelled to Maui for our honeymoon and the Kihei Beach Resort was a great place to stay. The unit was clean, the king bed was very comfortable and the tv's had been upgraded from the pics which was nice even though we watch minimal television. We will definitely be staying here again the only three small complaints I would have is that on the first floor directly below us the unit was getting renovated and so at times it could get noisy. I am just glad we were staying in room #204 because I can imagine it would have been much, much worse. The other complaint is that the 4 digit code to gain access to the room was not the only code that worked. My wife thought it was a different 4 digit code for half the trip and it was also working. Not sure how many codes are programmed into the door but there is definitely at least two. And finally the coffee that is supplied in the morning was defnitely not very good, not a big deal since our unit had it's own coffee maker and the aBC across the street had decent coffee for a buck.

Aloha. Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to read that you enjoyed your stay despite the noise during the renovation.
We actually shuffle our codes out after guests and the second code you were given was an employee code for that unit at the time. So yes there are 2 codes at a time that work during a stay, 1 for an employee and 1 for the guest.
I have brought up the coffee type served in the lobby area and will work on an alternative!
