Handicapped and Wheelchair Accessible (may have limitations). Our disabled stepfather had a wonderful time on his visit to Hawaii. He was in a mobility chair. We had to run to a lumber store and have them cut a 4X8 t0 make a 2-3 in wooden lip to make it easier for him to get in and out the large master bedroom doors. There is a small rise going in from the patio. But the house was fairly easy for him to get around. However, mobility chairs have been known to leave serious rubber marks on floors and carpeting and large gouges in walls. There will be an extra security deposit if a mobility chair will be on the premises and if repairs are necessary we will need to take it out of the deposit. We hope you understand.

This is a wonderful lovely spot right on the border between Wailea and Kihei. You're just a minute or 2 away from the famous and luxurious beaches of Wailea without paying Wailea prices. The house is modern and spacious, with a great kitchen, large private master bedroom. The yard is beautiful with a great yard and professional bar b q. The owners are warm and friendly people, happy to give advice about things to do on the island. This house is a great place to stay, especially compared to how much comparable rentals cost on the island.
