Aqua Villas are centrally located in the heart of Kihei approx. 3 miles from Wailea. They are within walking distance of a grocery store, gourmet deli, wine and cheese shop, eclectic international restaurants and other activities. It is also a few miles away from other wonderful beach locations and the Wailea-Makena area. Great shopping at the Shops of Wailea and wonderful snorkling at the "Fish Bowl" of Makena.

We do offer last minute discounts as well, starting 3 weeks prior to arrival. Weddings and events allowed on the property. You can rent Villas 1 and 2 and have a small wedding out on the beach front area or rent all 4 villas have your event around the pool and beach front property. NOTE: Please contact a wedding coordinator to obtain information relating to permit and regulations involving the beach front property.

We were taking a family trip with our grown children and we needed a great place where we could stay together, enjoy all that Maui has to offer and feel at home. I really didn't want to stay at a hotel or resort. We wanted something special and we were so excited to find the aloha Villas. The villas were decorated beautifully! Absolutely gorgeous. We felt like royalty. Right on the beach we had the best location for the sunsets, walking on the beach, ocean breezes and so much more! everyone had a great time. We stayed in Villa 3, a two story condo with the master bedroom suite upstairs with a gourmet kitchen, living room and huge lanai overlooking the beach. Downstairs was a second master suite and additional bedroom,full bath and family room with a flat screen TV. The swimming pool right out our door was so great!
We will definitely stay again when we are back in Maui.

My wife and I stayed in Villa 1 for 6 nights. The inside was in great condition, clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was nice and relaxing; there are also a few beach towels, chairs if needed. A washer and dryer are also in the villa. Pictures truly do not do it justice. The best part of the villa was the view of the ocean / beach. The balcony and sliding glass walls at the master bedroom, dining room, and kitchen were amazing! It is the perfect place to watch a sunset or enjoy a morning cup of coffee. When we were there it was quiet every single day. It is next to a public access road, but there was only a handful of people at the beach at a time. The beach itself is small and there is debris/seaweed along the shoreline so it is not the best place to lay out. You can have a nice walk up and down the shore though. However, if you are going wanting a larger, pristine beach you will have to drive some. We loved the peacefulness of the location though. It is right in Kihei, very convenient to restaurants, gas and grocery stores. I do not believe you could pick a better location to stay in Maui if you were wanting to explore the whole island. It is a central location great for setting out each day to the other parts of the island. Lani was also great to work with. She was professional in every aspect; she even gave us a few restaurant recommendations that panned out great. Couldn't have found a better place to stay in Maui!

This home in Maui is absolutely unbelievable. We have stayed there twice now, and would love to stay here again and again. The owners and property manager are so wonderful to work with and such nice people. You get a real Maui welcome when you arrive, and they are always available if you need anything.
From the second you walk into the home, you are stunned by the views. This house is on the beach overlooking the water, with perfect palm trees and grass. It is so wonderful to have the windows open and enjoy the breeze. The kitchen and bedrooms have everything you could need. Very comfortable beds and huge bathrooms and awesome showers!
The pool and BBQ area is fun to relax at also. It's a saltwater pool that feels great after a day out and about.
We love the Kihei Beachfront Rentals and can't wait to come back again!
(We have stayed at other vacation homes on Vrbo, and have been disapointed, there is absolutely nothing disapointing about this lovely place... it's perfect and even better then the pictures show!!)

Upon arrival, the property caretaker Ken greeted us and walked us through the condo. The place was wonderful with all the details and ammendities you can think of, including beach towels, life jackets, laundry detergent, BBQ tools and grill, etc. The location was great, short drive to everything. The view is amazing as you are right on water. However, the water is too full of algae to swin in, but the view makes up for it. We will definitely be back.

These villas are ideally located in the town of Kihei, from which we could get to most interesting spots in an hour or so! Our villa was fully equipped and very well designed around an ocean facing Lanai and an open floor plan living/dining room and kitchen.
The best part about it was definitely the ability to just come back after a day of exploration and just sit back and enjoy a cocktail on the Lanai while watching the sunset on the ocean. Priceless! -

The location was perfect. I could walk to the grocery stores and restaurants as well as having the beach right in the backyard if you will. The security system to get in made me feel safe. The condo itself was clean and everything was in working order. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else.

I stayed here for my honeymoon, and I could not have asked for a more ideal place! I literally could not tear myself away from the ocean view every day, even when the sun went down (and what a sunset!). The condo was well equipped with kitchen necessities and each room was spotless. The interior decor is stunning, so you feel like a real VIP. You can walk to all of Kihei's restaurants, and if you decide to cook for yourselves, you are steps away from the grocery store. The courtyard has a chlorine-free pool and there are complimentary boogie boards and floating devices on hand for your water fun. We made new friends every day on the beach watching the sunset. You can drift off to sleep every night to the sounds of waves crashing on the shore instead of car horns, sirens, and other city commotion. I've rented accommodations all over the world and I mean it when I say that I've never had a better vacation. Mimi runs a really tight ship!

I have been lucky enough to have traveled to 17 different countries and 40 out of the 50 U.S. States and this is one of the top three places I have ever stayed. I was on Maui for business, and had had been on Oahu the month before, but there was no comparison as to my lodgings. This place was very clean, right on the beach, with a crystal clear, non-chlorine pool (I think it had some sort of low salt water in it). I was only two blocks from a grocery store, four blocks from Thai, Vietnamese, and other ethnic restaurants, and a nice healthy walk from "the triangle area" that features a park, movie theater, and other restaurants as well as bars that had live music. I was especially pleased with this location because it was very well kept and the owner (professional lady from asia) was especially nice, ready to help me with any info I needed. Gorgeous sunsets here, and this place was secluded from any hotels or commercial businesses and you only had to walk down a rarely traveled side street to get to stores. There was some gorgeous houses nearby, and my walks to the park, along the beach and a side street was always relaxing. The interior of this resort had all the amenities one could desire, from cable TV to large kitchen with great cooking area. I was here for several weeks, switched between three condos in between my weeks there, and all three were immaculate, very relaxing, and there was no noise in this area so I was able to work on my computer without being disturbed. The place even had a nice lawn separating the 4 condo resort from the beach and I was able to do yoga on the lawn before i went the extra 20 yards to get onto the beach. i returned to upstate NY to find tons of snow, but I still dream of the beach outside this condo and will definitely stay there the next time I go back to Maui.

These villas are a "6 star"!! Exquisitely remodeled, and absolutely gorgeous, top of the line amenities. We had our wedding on the front lawn and the reception in the pool area. Both my wife's family, my family, and some of our friends were able to stay here as we rented the entire complex for the week - they all said they can't wait to come back again! The kids (and us adults) loved the beautiful salt water pool, easy access direct to the beach, and breathtaking sunsets every night from the deck. Each villa has folding doors that open the entire front wall to the deck facing the ocean, gorgeous bathrooms, and a kitchen to die for. What an unbelievable time everyone had. Conveniently located right off Lipoa St., near supermarkets and lots of great restaurants. We'll be back for sure!!

We were in Condo 1 facing the ocean. It is so convenient to have the market less than a block away and other restaurants/fast food restaurants within walking distance. The unit is beautifully furnished and lacking in nothing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. You can take the lawn chairs to the beach in front of you or step out the unit door and be at the pool in a few steps. Other beaches are minutes away. Kihei is not as touristy as Kaanapali and we love being there. a year and a half ago, we stayed in one of the 2 story condos with our family, including 3 grandkids and they all loved it.

Although this review says 4 bedroom and 4 bath, we were in a 3 bedroom and 3 bath that could sleep at least 6 people. The pool was great and the unit was right on the ocean. All rooms were large and the appliances and furniture were great. I loved the free nationwide telephone service and internet.

My colleges and I enjoyed our stay so much that we didn't go out at night, we would stay in and cook in the beautiful kitchen and enjoy the view and ocean breeze. By far the best place I have ever stayed in.

The location was perfect. Five minutes from Wailea and twenty-five minutes from Kaanapali. The furniture and interior design was upscale. The way the unit was situated made me feel isolated from the rest of the world. I highly recommend the unit.

Every time I have stayed here, 4 visits in all, I have never wanted to leave. The sound of conches along the shore honoring the sunset, the long quiet walks on an un crowded, non tourist beach, the gentle waves of warm water and morning swims...the palm groves along the shore, classic Hawaii...The interiors are luxurious, with fabulous showers, and state of the art kitchens and baths, beautifull linens and furnishings, bright with sliding walls of glass, easy walking to shopping, and stars at night over the sea...I appreciated the internet and media players, but really when the sea is calling we spent all our time outdoors...
