Sunkissed is a spectacular beachfront property on Maui’s South shore. Perfect for a family reunion or corporate retreat, this large and amazing rental is almost too good to be true! Four individual units, each featuring 3 bedrooms, are centered around a spacious courtyard with pool and Jacuzzi. The Kihei location is ideal and enhances each travelers experience with nearby shopping, dining and water activities. Each of the four Sunkissed units offer a complete kitchen, living room, dining area and contemporary interior design.

Sunkissed 1 is located on the top floor facing the beach. The spacious lanai offers views from the sand be...low that stretch across Maalaea Harbor to the tip of the West Maui Mountains. There are exterior stairs to access Sunkissed 1 though the layout is encompassed on one level. Two of the three bedrooms are suites with en-suite baths. Each unit features 2K and 1Q bed. The Master is a King and the remaining two bedrooms feature one King and one Queen.

Sunkissed 2 is located below Sunkissed 1. Sunkissed 2 covers the bottom level with retractable living room doors. Once opened up, the living room invites in the unobstructed views and convenient access to the tropical landscaping and sandy beach. Sunkissed 2 also consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Like Sunkissed 1, two of the bedrooms are bedroom suites with private bath.

Sunkissed 3 offers 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. This unit features split level living providing two living areas for entertaining. The lower level has two of the three bedrooms and baths. Upon ascending the spiral staircase to the second level, you will be welcomed by the majestic views of the south Maui coastline. You will also discover the expansive living and dining areas, kitchen, powder bath and Master suite.

Sunkissed 4 is also 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bath with a split level layout. Enjoy spreading out over the living areas on each floor - providing space and privacy for any occasion. The main level consists of the kitchen, two bedrooms and two baths. The living and dining areas and powder bath are discovered at the top of the beautiful architectural staircase. The Master suite and en-suite bath are also located on the second level.

The sunny town of Kihei is highly desirable due to its warm and dry climate … and unforgettable sunsets! With the sandy beach out front and alluring warm ocean waters, Sunkissed will entertain both the playful and peaceful times of day.
