Named after it's owners, "Valentine" by the Bay is an elevated 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom like-new beach house nestled at the mouth of Moloaa Bay in a lush pristine verdant valley. The large, fully equipped, open gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops and views of the ocean. All rooms have sliding doors to the open, covered lanai. The lanai views the stream, mountains, valley and Moloaa Bay.

Reservations/Deposit/Payments:
A two night (non-refundable) deposit is required to make a reservation for a Rosewood Kauai vacation rental. The balance of the rental fee, plus the cleaning fee and taxes are due in full 30 days prior to check in. Rosewood Kauai accepts personal checks, cash or travelers checks. Credit cards are not accepted.
Taxes:
All rates are subject to a Hawaii Excise and Accommodations Tax which total 13.25%. (4% Hawaii Excise Tax and 9.25% Hawaii transient accommodations tax).
Cancellation Policy:
The two night deposit required to reserve a Rosewood Kauai Vacation Rental is non-refundable should you need to cancel for any reason. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date will be refunded less the two-night deposit if we are able to re-book the accommodation.

The house was amazing and came exactly as advertised. It is spacious and clean on the inside and just around the corner from the beach. On top of it all the manager was delightful to deal with and was very attentive to our needs and accommodating to our requests.
I would highly recommend this house for anyone planning on staying on the island as it is very centrally located for many of Kauai's best activities. -

This is a lovely well maintained property. The view is fabulous, the deck wonderful and the nearby beach beautiful. The kayak was fun and the location is central. We highly recommend this house. The people managing the property are extremely helpful.

This home is perfectly situated among nature with beautiful views from angle. We loved the architecture of the home, it's fully equipped with tasteful furniture & a great kitchen! All the beds are comfortable and luxurious, the screen doors allowing fresh flowing breezes day & night. The beach has a personality: to the south, a coral reef with crabs, colorful fish and a calm shallow area to swim... to the north, rugged rocks & larger waves, with giant lava boulders & a gentle stream of fresh water which joins the sea when the tide rises. The children were fascinated with building little bridges across this stream as the ocean rose to meet it! Great for hours of entertaining our imaginations! We bonded with this house, by far the prettiest in the area, and will surely return! Thank you for a wonderful memory!

The house was beautiful. The house was perfectly located off the beaten path surrounded by serenity and beauty. The house had everything we needed and we felt very much at home there. It was the perfect size for all 6 of us which included family and friends. If or when we return to Kauai, we will definitely search for the same home.

For us 3 couples, it was a great layout, better than the 3-bedroom house we rented in Kona last year. The porch was the best feature!

except for all the fire alarms going off the last night we were there, it was a great place. I hope the next time we're there, there won't be giant spiders in the bathroom. Oh well, its the tropics! ;-)

Our daughter was getting married on the beach at Hanalei Bay with a reception at the Hukilau Lanai in Kapaa and we chose this house as central to the 2 areas. The house and setting are beautiful, ist class and house is well equipped. It was great to have a bathroom for every bedroom. We loved sitting on the lanai and listening to the sounds of the ocean, watching the waves and also some whales! The dumbwaiter is very handy for groceries and beer! House is great for entertaining. One night we had a barbeque for 25 people. The area is isolated (but not too isolated) and peaceful (except for occasional rooster and frog). A car is necessary and it is about 20-30 min. from Kapaa, Kilauea, Princeville, Hanalei. There is a very lovely beach although this year the surf was quite high. Other beaches in the area are calmer. This house is wonderful for 4 couples or singles or a family with children of all ages. Kauai is a very beautiful island with very friendly people and this house was the "icing on the cake". Aloha and Mahalo!
