This semi-detached cottage with stunning sea views is in a rural location and makes a great family base for up to four people, in two bedrooms. Stunning views over the sparkling Atlantic ocean make this semi-detached cottage an especially inviting Irish holiday home. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, as well as a spiral staircase leading from the kitchen/diner. Well-equipped and comfortable, the cottage has bright and spacious rooms, an open fire in the sitting room and of course, those views, just waiting to be enjoyed from the front garden. The village of Kilbrittain is 2.5 miles away, and offers beaches, good walking and se...veral pubs and restaurants. Kinsale, also within easy reach, is renowned for its fine food.

Amenities: Oil central heating with open fire in sitting room. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, video, DVD player. Fuel and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent, electricity charged from meter (first €10 inc. in rent). Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot (babes-in-arms only). Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden to front with garden furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2.5 miles. Note: There is a spiral staircase to the first floor. As such, this property is not suitable for children under 5 years or the less mobile.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  This small cottage is set in a great location with a fantastic view. Really felt like we were getting away from it all but still within easy reach of the amenities Kinsale and Ballinspittle. Good value for money in this region and pet friendly with a good-sized garden for our dog.
