This property was very nice and the location was awesome. Right in the middle of the OBX strip and close to the Wright Brothers Memorial and Jockey Ridge. We spent 2 evenings at Jockey Ridge watching the sunset. The view of the sunrise from our balcony was incredible. You are 35 ft from the beach. The swimming pool is small, but refreshing and never busy.

This is our second time staying here in 2 years. Each time we have truely enjoyed the stay. We love to watch to dolphins from the deck or the beach. We hope to return next summer to do it all over again.
I see that dates are blocked from the fall to spring. We would like to sometime try to stay during that time if possible.
Thanks again for allowing us to stay.

We loved our week-long stay at this condo!!! It was perfectly relaxing as you're just a few steps down the back deck to the beach and you can also just hang out in the shade on the deck with the splendid beach in front of you. It's in a very convenient location in Kill Devil Hills with many restaurants and stores nearby for dining or stocking up on supplies. You can watch the sunrise right from the master bedroom and you can't beat that. Our college age girls also had a great time. The second bedroom/bathroom was perfect for their private "wing".
All in all it was great and we'd love to come back to OBX. The only thing that would have made the condo better would be to have a few beach chairs and toys for the guests. -

Great location. Spacious condo. Everything was very nice. Beds could have been a little softer and the ceiling fan in the MBR made a noise at times but the view made up for that. The only thing that would make the place nicer is to have a boardwalk out to beach instead of sand path. Place was quiet. We had friends join us for a few days and they were equally impressed with the rental. Definitely plan to stay here again! Would love to own a place like this!

The condo was magnificent 2nd floor closest to beach the view was amazing! House had all amenities you could ever need for a stay at the beach. Especially loved the full size washer/dryer. I've been vacationing in the outerbanks for 33 years, and this is the best place i've ever stayed. I will definately here book again.
also the resort realty staff was excellent check in was smooth we had a repair needed half way through the stay and it was completed quickly and with no interuption to our vacation. They were excellent to work with also. -

When we arrived at the beach we were early, so we decided to stop and see if we could get into the house sooner and we were. The house was fantastic we had a great view of the ocean and hearing the ocean was so relaxing. The house was layed out perfect we had very good access to everything. We really enjoyed the new porch that was built great place to watch the sunrise and have breakfast. Our 5 year old daughter really enjoyed the porch she had a blast. The location was perfect for everything, easy access to about anything you wanted. Recommend Barefoot Bernie's (GO STEELERS) great food. Very close to the wright brothers memorial perfect view of our house at the top. The beach was great and beautiful sand a little strong waves for a 5 year old.
We really enjoyed the porch.
What we didn't like was the neighbors upstairs they were too loud when they were walking it sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. Would be up late at night doing laundry and falling on the floor while we were trying to sleep sometimes well past 11:30 at night. -

Great place / layout with especially pleasant MBR with 3 way view of ocean. Very smooth rental process. We never used the pool as it was in the parking lot and usually had some kids in it.

We recently traveled to OBX to get married. My husband and I rented "castle view" at the sand castle. We loved dealing with Resort Realty, they were friendly each time we had contact, and when we arrived early they were more than polite about calling us as soon at the room became available. This did not happen with several of our friends who also traveled for our wedding who rented with other realtors in the Sand Castle. R.R. also has a convient check out policy that you can leave your keys in the room and call a 1-800 # to check out.
Upon arrival the room smelled clean, and in fact was clean. The room was spatious enough for our guests to come in and out of ALL WEEK LONG!!
The bedding was comfortable, and appeared fairly new; the couches were clean and the carpet was spot free. The master bath was large- though it could use a few rugs. In the 2nd bath the washer/dryer is newer and full size.
We loved our stay, and would love to rent there again (hopefully for our 1 year anniversary) and would definately book with Resort Realty again. -

The views were marvelous. The oceanfront balcony/deck with furniture was wonderful. Condo itself was very spacious with plenty of seating and amenties. The pool could use additional deck space. With chairs there are many tripping hazards when trying to walk due to the small deck area.
We would stay again.
