Oceans 11 is a beautiful unit. Tastefully decorated, you will feel warm and cozy during your stay there. The updated kitchen is well appointed to host a large dinner party if you wanted! We loved getting up with a cup of coffee, sitting on the balcony to welcome the sunrise. Perfect location in the OBX, we really had our best vacation ever. The unit was perfect and I really appreciated the iron, the free laundry service and the information guide that the owners put together. Had no trouble with the internet service. It would be great to have lounge chairs by the pool. The pool needed to be cleaner. But all in all it was the perfect place and I would absolutely return to this beautiful unit.

oceans 11 was the most comfortable condo that we have stayed in on the outerbanks. The decor was fantastic and the furniture was very comfortable. location was great. there was plenty of things nearby to do or shop. We had a wonderful time.

Very close to the beach and view was wonderful. Condo had lots of room and fully equipped with all kitchen supplies. Tv and video library was nice, but we did not need to use. A few things need fixed, but was not a huge deal. Screen doors old and off tracks and bath tub plug was broke. Have a toddler that takes a bath. Also we have been helpful to be able to use the outdoor luggage elevator. Overall we were very please.

F0ound the unit very clean and comfortable with all the things you'd find in your own home from blenders to Tv's...the only thing missing were reclining chairs(any chairs for that matter)by the pool...

We loved the area. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores. We wish we could have checked in earlier for no extra charge. The condo wasn't ready when we got there. They did make up for the confusion by leaving us a few extras the next day. We also wish the people below us weren't smoking on their deck. The smoke traveled up to us and drove us inside a couple of times.

A great location, less than 100 feet from the ocean. The condo was clean, bright, cheery, and had every item needed in the kitchen for a perfect stay (I like cooking my own food, and not eat all that fried stuff at beach restaurants). The weather was cool to warm, the beaches virtually empty except for a few dogs walking their owners. In all, just what I needed to decompress.

We stayed the week of July 23rd. Seaside was wonderful to deal with from the reservation to the check out. Unit was beautiful and well stocked. Best view on the beach!!! The ocean water was cold so we did get a lot of use out of the pool. A nice touch would be having some chairs at the pool. The outside of building needs some minor maintance work. All said it was our best vacation and we plan on returning next year!

We were very pleased with how nice the rooms were. Clean, very modern and decorated beautifully. If fact we were worried our little ones would break some of the decorations so we put them up till we left. We only had one problem and that was check in time. Our room wasn't ready till 4pm and since we came such a long way it was very difficult to wait. But all in all we enjoyed our stay and will loved to come back.

We do advertise a 4:00 check in time, and do all we are able to get you into your clean, inspected cottage as quickly as possible. Seaside Vacations does have an Early Check In option for a small fee, for homes that are five bedrooms and under. That may be an option you;d like to explore next time!

Decent condo with a tiny master shower stall. The exterior fitment of the building needs attention. The decking and stairs are in desperate need of refinishing. The gate locks leading to the beach are broken. This could be an issue to families with small children. Overall, a nice place, but looking a bit worn in some noticeable areas.

We loved the location as it was in the middle of the Outter Banks. One day we went North and another day we went South. We covered all the lighthouses and the highlight was seeing the Wild Horses at Corolla.
The Condo was very nice, people were very friendly and we had a good stay. My two objections are that there was no elevator and it was hard for older ladies to get all their stuff up the stairs. If we could have used the lift that would have been nice but it appeared that it was only available to owners. Also the washer and dryer were nice but would have been better had they been in the condo. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and handy.

Really enjoyed staying in this condo. Great view, great beach access, comfortable furnishings. This was a fully equipped condo, including TV and DVD in every room (which I loved!) and wireless Internet. The only thing I would improve upon is the entrance to the laundry room. The lock sticks horribly and I spent minutes every time just trying to get the door open. Otherwise, I will definetly return to this condo

The only issue I have with this rental is that it advertises Wi-Fi and it doesn't have Wi-Fi, so it should not be advertised as such. The instructions left by the owners states sketchy service and if needed, I could stand in the small bedroom and point the computer towards a local hotel...that didn't work either. If they advertise Wi-Fi, they need to make sure they have it through the cable company...I brought my laptop and couldn't use it for anything.

I couldn't say enough about the awesome ocean view from our condo. The place was clean, nicely decorated and very well stocked with supplies. We would recommend the place to others. Our only complaint is the advertised Wifi internet that wasn't provided as advertised. You had to go into one of the bed rooms and place your computer near the window in hopes of catching on to the place next doors internet connection. We feel the ad needs to be revised.

The condo was very well equipped, beautifully decorated & had an excellent location. It was very easy to relax & unwind. The view couldn't be better. The price was a bit expensive but the price of visiting the beach is getting ridiculous. An all inclusive to Mexico isn't far off from the money spend on this vacation. The down side was a undetermined stink in the kitchen & the fact that it wasn't real clean. A "surface" cleaning was performed before our arrival but there were still chips, crackers & bottle caps found on the floor. Not very happy with that especially since we couldn't check in until 5:00 p.m. I do have to say we all had a good time. Would consider returning.

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. We did have issues with the check in period. Check in should be at a specific time vs a potential 3 hour period. The condo should have been cleaned better. There was Chex cereal on the floor in 2 rooms, a dirty wash cloth on the floor, a pair of boys shorts and footies under the trundle bed and candy wrappers left in various places. (I returned the clothes to Seaside if anyone wants to claim them.)

We had a very nice time. Everything we could have wanted. Right on the beach. The view could not have been any better. We saw lots of dolphins from the balcony! We could walk to a couple of restaurants nearby.
