The staff was friendly and efficient during check in and any time prior to that when I had questions. A few things were missed when it was cleaned before I got there. However, I mostly equated it being ocean front (sticky floor, sand in spots, beer caps under the couch) The condo was excellent. A few outdated amenities, such as the kitchen. However, that was outweighed by the delightful ocean front view. The location was great, good food and activities near by. Waking up with the ocean right outside your window was amazing. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

There were alot of problems with the condo, that should have been fixed before we arrived... Like no cold water in the master bath, hard to give kids a scalding bath.. Or the fact that to use the washer we had to be standing right there to turn the water on and off since it leaked around the valve , we couldnt throw a load in then go to the beach or to eat, we could only do laundry when we were standing there, and that whole time the water sprayed everywhere ( thanks to the prompt repair man that was fixed) the homeowner was well aware of the leak since the was a note detailing how to turn the water off, and it should have been fixed, I payed alot to have what this condo offered, and the first few days was not worth it. Also the furniture was filthy... esp. the couch I went and bought a throw to put on it before I would let my kids lay there, I understand it is a rental and gets used alot, but it at least needs a new cover, it was dirty to the point of disgusting. This could be a great condo if some time was spent fixing all the little thing that was wrong.
