So thankful for the indoor or our beach trip would have been a bust! It was wonderful and our daughter stayed in the pool.

The house was as advertised. The main issues we had were with the management company. It took 3 phone calls over 2 days to get the correct sized sheets for the master bedroom. Since the queen size sheets only covered 3 of the 4 corners of the bed you would think it would be obvious. There was a storm on the 2nd day we were there and a piece of flashing partially tore off the roof. After we called the management company, we listened to it bang against the side of the house for 24 hours before it tore completely off the house. There was never any sense of urgency on any of the calls. The house was clean and the pool was great but for the money you would expect better service.

Service was excellent. Keyless entry is a great idea. The home was in very good shape. Pool table and indoor pool as soon as you walk in is great setup for kids. Plenty to do for kids and adults. Adults have to visit the Jolly Roger for the food and drink!

The whole house was beautifully decorated and was only a three minute walk to the beach. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. The indoor pool was amazing. I loved a bathroom on each floor. The kitchen was my dream kitchen and the dining room was huge. My kids loved the game tables and the balcony. A wonderful vacation home.

My family loved staying at Always Sunny. It had plenty of room for our 3 kids to run around. We were close enough to the beach but still had some privacy. It was quiet on the street. The kids loved having the indoor pool and hot tub. We would surely come back again.

There were 5 adults and 3 children ages 1, 4 and 6.
Since it rained a couple of days the pool was a lifesaver. The kids liked it as much as the beach, which was only a couple minutes walk away.
The house, especially the kitchen had every amenity you could think of. They thought of everything. The only negative was the small supply of towels, but I now have a bunch of beach towels at my house. Also great shopping in the area along with wonderful restaurants. We liked Dirty Dicks and Miller's among a few. We would definately rent this house again. -

We enjoyed our week at the home "Always Sunny".
The internet photo's and description were sure to form. Lot's to do and yet very relaxing. I wanted to stay longer. We would recommend this home 100%. -

The house was beautiful!! Would recommend!!! The only problems we had was one if
the bathrooms were locked and the hottub wasn't working. We called and the
bathroom was open the next day but hottub wasn't fixed until Wednesday. Other than
that it was a wonderful home!! Lots to do!! We loved the big open balcony's!!! -

Our vacation was great, everything was there ready for our use, the house was very nicely decorated.
The indoor pool was a hit for our children. The only thing I could complain about was there was not enough towels and washcloths. This was an awesome vacation home, located perfectly for obx. I would rent this house again and am thinking about it. -

This house was everything we expected and more! We came to OBX for my first half-marathon. We have four small children, so we were anxious about going to the beach this time of year. They loved the house so much, they complained everytime we left to go somewhere. They couldn't wait to get back to the house to play. My in-laws also accompanied us on the trip. There was eight of us total, but we couldn't tell there were so many people staying in one house. It's absolutely beautiful, and we will definately be staying there again.
Also, the owners couldn't be any kinder. Stacey was very helpful in getting us through to Outer Banks Blue Realty. The realty company was excellent as well. Everything was in order, and a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much for making my first half-marathon an even more enjoyable experience!!

The pool water could have been warmer (it is in a climate controlled room). Last october, it was warmer outside than in the room. Good location for walking our dogs...no worries about cars, since it's on a cul de sac. Nicely decorated.
Would return but it changed to a NO DOG house and our Sapphire enjoys being in OBX as much as we do. -

My family and i had an excellent time. The property was more than we anticipated. It was amazing, the house was clean and very comfortable.
The decor was up to date. It was close to everything and we loved it. Iw ill definitely recommend. -

We had a wonderful vacation in the Outer Banks and Always Sunny was a great place to stay. Our kids really liked the indoor pool and pool table. Our daughter loved having her own bedroom and bathroom. It was very spatious. I would definitely recommend staying at Always Sunny while in the Outer Banks. It is also a very short walk to the beach.

We spent a wonderful week at "Always Sunny" in Kill Devil Hills. We had never rented a vacation house before and it was a wonderful experience. The house is beautiful and they were not kidding when they said it is fully equipped! It was easy hauling towels, drinks and other items on the short walk to the beach with the cart that was provided. Evenings were spent playing pool, swimming in the indoor pool, cooking out, watching tv with the awesome surround sound, or just sitting quietly on the deck. My grown children and grandchildren had a wonderful time and my husband and I had a wonderful time watching them enjoy their visit to "Always Sunny". I highly recommend anyone spending their vacation in this beautiful home.

We stayed June 7-14 so we got some hot weather and couple of nice days. The house was great, 4 different families and we all had a great time. In-door pool was a hit with the small kids and plenty close enough to the ocean to go back and forth.
Plenty of TV's and that is a good thing. Wireless was a little flaky but usable.
