Had a great time in Outer Banks. The house is very nice and very good access to the beach area. I would recommend this house for a family vacation.

Trio Treasure overall is a nice house. A very short walk across the street and you are on the beach. The house has 4 decent size bedrooms and the decor is nice. The main floor is all open which is great for a family with kids. We have 3 kids and it was the perfect size. The negative: The view from the front was not that great. There is a motel across the street that in my opinion needs to be knocked down. It is a definite eye sore. The house needs a very good cleaning. It was very dusty and was obviously was not cleaned well before we moved in: dirty sliding glass doors, a bag of opened snacks in bedroom closet, food on the mattress covers and the rug was not vacuumed on the main floor. Of course this is something that is easily fixed if the realtor would check the house before the new rentors move in. I did try to call the realtor to complain and was transferred to a fax machine.

This is iur first time renting with Resort Reality and you were great! The house was very nice. The downside was having the bedrooms on the bottom floor you can hear everyone walking around which if you have an early riser..
Also the aC ran great upstairs but not real well downstairs.
Having someone tell us at the begining of our week that the porch had safty issues took the enjoyment away from the deck. Also there are some very large bugs(look like roachs)around the house inside and out! -

The service we received was excellent and the staff at Resort Realty was very friendly. We loved the home especially the view of the beach, we couldnt ask for a better location so close to the beach, it was very convenient for the children that we had with us. We would rent this house again for a vacation. The shopping centers and restaurants were very close to the home so we didnt have to drive miles and miles to get somewhere. There was not one things about the rental that I didnt like, it was described exactly the way I imagined it and it was so beautiful inside!!

I always enjoy my stay and your company is one of the most enjoyable to deal with. The prices are getting highier which is getting difficult for me and my wife becuase we have not received any pay increases for the last two years as a result of our county's budget crisis.
