The simple life! Come and enjoy the charm of this 1940’s rustic “Old Style Outer Banks” cottage. This 3 bedroom ocean side cottage is approximately 100 feet from the ocean. The cottage offers open closets, floor plans and rooms (of the times) including solid wood doors and trim and an array of decor that reflect the uniqueness of its age.
This delightful beach cottage has character and is perfect for a small family, or rent PS1 and PS2 for a family gathering that won't break the bank!

Pelican Shores 3 was exceptionally clean and a very comfortable rental. We had 2 adults, 20 yr old and 17 yr old. Community is like a small neighborhood but very private. Pool was kept clean and caretaker is on site to help. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area. Only negative is that there are only 2 mirrors in the house.
