      Great Experience

      This was a great rental. It was close to the beach, the store and many of the areas tourist attractions. It had up to date decor and amenities. The computer did not work, but the pool, hot tub, multiple porches and grill were all great. There were many bedrooms, which could accomodate large families, and it was clean when we arrived. There are two sets of stairs inside, so people who have trouble with stairs may have difficulty. The top floor gives a nice view of the ocean and is worth the climb.

      Great experience other than lack of working fireplace

      We loved the house and it was exactly as advertised with one major exception. The house included a fireplace, but it did not work. We contacted the rental company, and they sent someone out, but the person simply checked the propane and determined that it was empty. He did not replace the tank, and by the time he reported to the agency and they called us, it was too late to replace the tank and it was a Saturday - the office was closed both Sunday and Monday (which was a holiday). The two most important items for our rental were a hot tub and a fireplace. The lack of working fireplace was an enormous disappointment - we had all envisioned reading next to a fire.

      Otherwise the house was perfect for the price point. The pictures were accurate, although I must admit the pool was much smaller than it seemed in the photos (this did not matter to us - we rented over New Year's). Lots of balconies! Plenty of parking. Very close to the beach. Very close to Kmart in case you need supplies.

      Great rental!

      We've been staying in this home for years now and we enjoy each trip. The bedrooms are a nice size and having the pool and hot tub in the back are a great touch! It's just a short block to the beach and super close to K-mart for quick necessity runs. We especially love this location because it's walking to awful arthur's which is our favorite place to have a few drinks and enjoy the view of the ocean (their 2nd floor bar). My favorite part of this house though is the living room. There is so much light streaming in every morning - it's great to wake up to! Plus it's dog friendly so good for the whole family! The keyless entry is great as well. I'd say the only downside are the steps. After a long day at the beach, walking up all those steps cane be a lot. But it's worth it!

      Too Much Fun

      Enjoyed the ocean views from the front decks and having coffee on the back decks in the morning. Breezes were wonderful! One block to the beach. Pool and hot tub cleaned twice weekly. Home spotless. Just a couple blocks from the avalon Pier, my son caught plenty of fish! Lots of laughs around the pool. Lots of room for entertaining. Would definately recommend this home. We had way too much fun!

      Absolutely unforgettable!!! We loved it! We were so close to everything that we enjoyed that luxury...My 17 month old Granddaughter learned to doggy paddle in the pool here and that is an unforgettable memory for all of us.
