Our oceanfront condominium has a spectacular ocean view. Located on the top penthouse level. This unit is very spacious and offers a 2 bedroom floor plan. It is beautifully furnished. Amenities included are carpeting, dishwasher, washer/dryer, jacuzzi, central air/heat, CATV hookup and Plasma HDTV, telephone, books/boardgames, video library, wine cooler and wet bar. 2 CATVs, 2 DVDs, VCRs. Condo was very nice, beautiful decor. Great location. Had an air conditioning problem but was taken are of very quickly. We were well pleased with service. There are 4 flights of steps to go up so consider that if you are not up for it physically. Thanks for a great stay at the beach!!

I wanted a place where my Irish mother-in-law could do her favorite things. She loves to sunbathe, walk along the beach, and play golf. This was her last visit due to failing health. Well, she loved the condo so much that she did not want to leave. We walked along the beach early every morning and she sunbathed on the deck. She liked it so much that she did not even want to play golf. We found it to be a bright, clean, well decorated condo. Everything is nearby, If I had to find fault I would say that the a/c is noisy when it kicks on and the dryer is starting to rust and will mark light colored clothes (Had the same problem with the exact same model at home before I replaced it). That being said, thanks for the memories.

location and views are great from deck you can watch scuba divers, surfers, spear fisherman, and dolphins. the steps can be a little much also no shower in master no towel bars in either bath also unable to connect to internet and no instructions on operating the tv but the views were great

Check in was very easy. The condo was very nice- clean and had all the ammenities you need- besides a shower in the master bathroom- only a tub. As close to the beach as you can get and very centrally located for OBX. Two problems: we ordered a beach chair package in advance and had to call twice before we got it 2 days after we arrived and weren't offered any kind of discount. On our 4th day, we were forced to evacuate due to a hurricane and had to completely check out of the condo- including rid the fridge and freezer of all the groceries we bought. I told the office that we had every intention of coming back the next day and they said not to return until we talked to someone. The day after (the fortunately mild hurricane) there was no answer, answering machine or recorded message at the rental office so we had no choice but to head to the airport and fly home. And of course, we didn't get the travel insurance so we weren't able to recoup anything. Overall, great condo, but don't go during hurricane season and do buy the insurance!
