Amenities include new carpeting, dishwasher, washer/dryer, jacuzzi in master bedroom, central AC/heat and ceiling fans. Kick back during the evenings in front the Big Screen HD TV with digital cable or challenge famliy and friends on the Playstation game console. 5 CATVs, 5 DVDs. Other amenities include books, games, and movie library.

Condo is beautiful, as is the view from the deck. It is so easy to get down to the beach right from the deck, and the closeness of the beach is unbeatable. Hard to find such a great uninstructed view from a beachfront home in outer banks.. This is an awesome place! It's also very close to grocery stores, restaurants and activities. We loved it!

Rented Gone Fishin' for a one week stay. 4 adults and a 10-month old stayed there. Can't say enough good things about the furnishings of the condo and its convenience. The only negative is that there were a couple of loose nails laying on the deck.

The one thing besides the roomy condo and great oceanfront location that keeps me coming back every year is that the owner invests his profits back into the property. Bathrooms, kitchen, carpets, doors, etc are all updated and beautiful.

We came down the week of Labor Day and couldn't have asked for better weather. House was very nice and in a great spot in Duck. Walkway to beach from our backyard, walking distance into town. Only complaints, and they are the nit-picking variety, is that the gas grill needs to be replaced and technology could use some updating (only one DVD player, small flat screen in the living room).
