A comfortable cozy house that we've rented for our vacation the last two years. Like being at home except it has two full bathrooms on the same level as the bedrooms. Great front porch to have morning coffee on. A short walk to the life-guarded beach. Nice restaurants and supermarkets close by.

4th year at the Sea View. Love the location and for a small family it is a great value. The roof deck is a great spot to relax at night. The thing we liked the least is the cleanliness of the carpets and the comfort of the living room

We spent a great week in this little beach house. It was clean and pretty well equipped. The walk to the beach was less than 3 minutes. Beds were good and it was on a very quite street. The only problem we encountered was the clothes dryer. It did not dry very quickly. I did make a note of that to the rental agency, but everything else was fine. We would rent this again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location, everything in the kitchen for cooking, central a/C was a Godsend! Beds comfortable, clean and neat.

Adorable beach cottage only one block from great beach access at atlantic St ( which has lifeguard also ). The cottage is decorated with beachy themes and is a standard 3 bedroom, 2 full bath that sleeps 8. The views from the decks are wonderful, and downstairs there is an outdoor shower and picnic table. The best thing is that it allows pets and our very well-behaved dog had a wonderful time as well ! The only negative thing is that the beds are a bit worn and lumpy, sag or have depressions in them, so we had to get used to that.

The Sea View is a humble little beach cottage that is right for a small family who has economy and value as their priorities. It's location is a few blocks from the beach with a great public beach access area to get there. It offers old fashioned charm, both inside and out with many of the comforts of home.

Generally this was a nice place to stay, but the couch is very saggy, there were roaches, (or water bugs), there were wads of some kind of paper (gum wrappers?) under the bed I slept in, and we were not given the key to the laundry facility, which was under the house, until I called at the realty office.
The widows walk was nice, and the house was generally well kept. The beds were comfortable.
Also, the toilet in the master bath did not flush well, but my friends didn't inform me of it until we were leaving.
Also, the hose has a major leak.
The price was what we were looking for.
