My family has been coming to the outer banks for the past three years. We usually rent a house on the ocean and had never rented with Southern Shores before. Well after staying in the condo for three days and the level of care that was given to us, we will never book with anyone else! We came down at the last minutes and Southern Shores very pleasantly accomodated us in a beautiful 3 bedroom comdo that could not have been more perfect. Extremely clean and comfortable. What a surprise!!! My whole family agreed that it was the best experience yet! Thanks so much for a wonderful spring break!

We stayed the nights of Oct. 15-16-17 with one other couple. We generally thought it was a nice place, with a well stocked kitchen. We felt there was quite a difference between the master bedroom and the second bedroom however, which contained a pillow with a bloodstain on it and a lamp which wouldn't work. I understand that the condo is constructed so that the master bedroom is the superior room, but perhaps a little more effort could make the second bedroom a little more equal. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend The Wright Place to others. We especially liked that it is in the corner of the condo building.

This is a very nice place. It is decorated well. We also liked the location. Overall, we had a good week at the Wright Place. The only thing we had a problem with was the family staying directly above us. They had some young children that ran back and forth in the early hours of the morning and it sounded like an aerobics class above us. Being that we have children as well, we do understand though.
We really had a nice vacation and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a vacation like the one we took. -

The check-in process (key-less entry) was painless. The unit itself was well kept and exceeded my expectations. The property had a community pool that was very clean, and the beach access boardwalk was cleaned everyday. The balcony of this unit was just high enough to see the ocean over the dunes. I highly recommend this vacation home.

Even though the weather was not the greatest; what a great place to stay for a week and chill out with the family; play some games, body surf, and being right on the beach and watching the ocean all day was just the thing to give one some peace and serenity.

This is a great property for families! We have stayed here for 4 summers and love it more every time. The location is great, the beach is beautiful and there is a nice pool onsite.
