  I left a written review in the unit before I checked out. If you did not get that, feel free to send an email. When I went to the VRBO site to find a place to stay my intention was to avoid a 3rd party. While I loved the condo I rented I would only rent again if I could deal directly with Mr Peters and not deal with your company. I will not rent from your company again nor would I recommend you to family or friends. Your company failed in the rental process and one of your reps was quite rude. Your star rating includes the overall service AND a rating of the property. The property was excellent and I would give it 5 stars. The experience with your company was much less than desireable and I will not give it a rating.

  This is a beautiful unit ,but it could have been cleaner. The shower in the main bathroom was moldy and mildewed I bought spray and took care of it.Things like the light at the top of the stairs were soo dusty ! The bedroom w/the twin beds smelled like mildew strong!

  Great condo - service/support not so good

  Condo was great - beautiful, nice location, 1/2 block from beach access.
  
  Problems, arrived Sunday:
  
  - Elevator out of order (was told three different stories about who knew and
  why not working)
  - Front door electronic access code not correct, could not get in unit
  - Two TV - both remotes broken (batteries held in with tape). Both had
  dead batteries
  - Living room TV sound system not working
  - Coffee maker not functioning properly
  - Glassware not clean with visible lipstick marks.
  - Programmable thermostat needed new batteries
  
  Service:
  
  - Elevator repaired Tuesday afternoon
  - I replaced remote batteries
  - Living room TV systems sound not working. Was reported, promised fix,
  but not repaired while we were there.
  
  Nice touch:
  
  For our troubles with the elevator, we were graciously given a $200 coupon
  for a very nice restaurant. We had three 80+ yr old grandparents with us so
  the elevator was a big deal.

  This condo was wonderful. It had all the amenities and comfort of home. The interior was decorated beautifully, no stone left unturned. The theater room was a great bonus! Great location, only a quick walk to the beach. We'll definitely be staying there again!

  This property was a great rental. We are beach lovers and the proximity to the ocean is in extremely short walking distance; sunrise and sunset views from the decks were beautiful. We were incredibly comfortable at this beach condo and thoroughly enjoyed playing billiards and watching movies we rented in the upstairs room. KDH is a perfect central location for everything on the OBX and Victoria Place is a top quality condo. We recommend this rental.

  Very Comfortable First class accomodations. Everything is top of the line from the most comfortable beds to the steam room or HUGE theater room upstairs with pool table. The Kids loved it. The sounds of the ocean every morning from the deck while you sip your coffee and plan your day. No pool but the Ocean is right across the street. The place is very roomy, upscale and clean and quiet. A lot of very nice decorative touches. You feel like you are staying in a home, not a hotel or condo. Highly recommended

  fresh clean and close

  Super house! great location very clean. We vacationed with the inlaws and a newborn, and everyone had their own space. LOts of room to lay around and watch tv, hang out on the deck or chill out in the movie lounge. My only complaint was with the rental agency... unfortunately we cannot all live on the outer banks and know where everything is. Upon our arrival we came across the southern bridge into K.D.H. and had to call for directions, where i gave a specific detailed account of where i was and the lady on the phone was short with me and kind of rude. Fortunatly this did'nt carry into the vacation. it was great and i would do it again.
