      Nice little cottage

      Nice little cottage with decent access to the beach. A very short walk. Alittle tight for four people but worth it for the price. There was a review that mentioned ants and we had them also but it was a matter of the house not having been cleaned thoroughly. Called management and they sent a proper cleaning crew and ant problem was gone. would def stay here again

      We booked this house and when we finally got the keys at 4p.m. we asked for early check in but they kept telling us the house was not clean yet. When we got in our house it was never cleaned !! Floors a mess, crumbs all over the couches !! The bed sheets had stains on them ! The bed in the green room had some kind of wood board underneath to try and fix the hole you fell into when you slept in the bed. It does not have a bathtub so if you have small children this is not the house for you. The bathroom has one very small stand up shower with no water pressure what so ever !! The patio outside needs major repair ! The picnic table when we arrived had old rusted nails hanging out of it and the boards were curled up !! I have 2 small children this is very unsafe ! I called to complain the the property manager and asked to be moved to another house or get my money back and she had no desire to help our situation what so ever. We stayed there one night and turned our keys back in !! Very disappointed !! Not only in Seaside Vacations but how poorly this house is being takin care of. They also need to post a picture of the bathroom and patio on the website !! So people are aware of this !! I had no way to give my one year old a bath in this own !!!

      Flip flops!

      The decorations made this rental feel like home. It was fun finding all of the different flip flop decorations. Location was great. I thought it would be rowdy with the hotel nearby but it was very quiet. You do have to walk a block down a busy street to beach access so I wouldn't recommend for a family with small children.

      We loved everything about the flip flop inn. It was very close to the beach. Amazingly equipped, and beautifully decorated. My children and I felt very comfortable. It felt like home. We definitely be back at the same place. Thank you for all you have done to make our vacation a memorable one.

      The ants are marching two by two!

      Great house! Well equipped, especially the kitchen. Good location and the size is
      perfect for a couple. How nice finally to find a suitably sized house and not one the
      size of a college dorm. The only problem:ants. I don't mean an occasional one, but
      ants swarming across our dinner plates while we're trying to eat. Even with the ants,
      we will definitely rent again, probably at the end of the summer.

      We absolutely loved the Flip Flop Inn!!!! It is such a perfect little beach house, perfect for 2 couples. Everything made it seem like we were at home. The proximity to the beach was great & everything was very nearby!! We will def. be renting again and hope to stay at the Flip Flop!!!!!

      The Flip Flop Inn was very quaint and comfortable, great size for 2 people. Although the description says, "direct access to the beach", I found that a little misleading as you have to walk down the road a block or two, then cross and then walk through the beach access to the ocean. That would be the only negative I could report.
      The cottage was decorated wonderfully and very clean!

      The location and size of this small cottage is perfect for us. We found everything as we anticipated since we stayed at this same location two years ago.

      Some things appeared not to have changed such as the picnic style benches at the table in the kitchen. I indicated that one of the benches came apart when we attempted to sit down, and it did the same thing...pinching my finger. The outside fence and gate were in disrepair...a "wire" served as the door handle! My wife and I would return, but if some of these simple things are not maintained, we may look elsewhere.

      Still waiting for my deposit to be returned, and I'm sure there is a waiting period before the company turns lose of our money.
