Enjoy a day splashing in the private pool, host an annual billiards tournament, or just relax in the hot tub. With only 1 block separating you from a lifeguard beach access, this great home is certainly ?the kings beach? haven. This home is located rather close to the beach, approximately 1200 feet to beach access.

While the pictures of this house are nice, they don't do it justice. I love the open floor plan with the kitchen overlooking the dining and living areas. Very bright and airy! There is a beautiful view of the ocean from the kitchen window. Nice to look at while doing dishes! The area around the pool and hot tub has sufficient room for beach chairs so you can sit and relax while others swim. The bedrooms are very nice sized with plenty of closet space and room to move around.The bathrooms are big enough that two people can be in there together and still have room to move around. The refrigerator upstairs has an ice maker which was nice. Meant no trips to the store for ice. The beach access road was only 3 minutes from the house by car. About 5 minutes walking. This home is very child friendly and welcoming. They even provide gates for the steps. I would recommend this house to my family and friends to rent. Looking forward to next years vacation already!

House was just ok. Kitchen was poorly equiped, ice maker did not work. Description of house in ad is a little misleading. Distance to beach access is pretty far, there was no basketball goal (one was later provided after several follow up calls to agent). Pool was clean but not much space around it for chairs or sitting out by the pool.
