This was our second year at this location and obviously we would not have come back if we were not quite please with it. Its semi-oceanfront location with a private walkway to the beach and a private oceanfront deck is a major attraction. The house is well equipped and perfect size and layout for our family of 2 older adults, 4 20 and 30 somethings, and 2 little ones. Plus, its convenient to all stores and restaurants.

The house (reed II) was a nice place. I enjoyed our stay and would use the house again if I stayed in KDH. The nice lady at Kitty Dunes guided me to the sound side beach area on Monday afternoon for my 3 year old and i was very grateful. We went there all week after that. The other used the beach extensively and were very happy with the short walk. Get that back door knob fixed (key hard to use) and the shower head in the outdoor shower and the place would be great.
