This detached single storey cottage in mature grounds, set on the edge of Killadysert village sleeps five people in two bedrooms. Bruach Na Haille has been converted to offer accommodation for groups of up to 5 people. An outdoor patio allows you to take advantage of the summer evenings and indulge in a spot of alfresco dining, whilst soaking up the view of the river and the 3-span bridge that crosses it. It is fully central-heated with an open fire in the sitting-room, allowing you to take advantage of all that the region has to offer, whatever the weather.

Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lawned garden with furniture and river views from patio. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 7 mins walk.

Region: County Clare has so much on offer; boat trips, quirky pubs, seaside resorts and a great tradition for Irish music, all set amidst spectacular scenery such as the towering Cliffs of Moher and the fascinating landscape of The Burren.

Town: Killadysert is a picturesque village in Ireland’s County Clare that nestles on the banks of the River Shannon in County Clare. Being less than an hour from Shannon airport, it is easily accessible, wherever you are travelling from. The village itself is very traditional and is well-served by a number of excellent pubs, where you can taste the famous Irish nightlife. Killadysert has a village green at its centre and a walk down any of the roads that lead from it will take you into some of the most beautiful scenery that the county has to offer. In addition, the village plays host to a diverse range of local festivals throughout the year. Nearby Ennis, the county’s capital, is a truly outstanding town that remains undiscovered by many visitors. Ennis boasts a wide range of truly original visitor attractions. Lining its narrow, meandering streets is a bewildering variety of fantastic shopping opportunities: unique retail outlets with traditional customer service values. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  Stayed here in July with my better half and we were pleasantly surprised of its' location to the village of Killadysert. The house was well equipped with crockery cutlery, glasses etc.. There were even bottles of wine available, which you could use and were trusted by the owner to replace. Brought our own supply but this was a first to see wine available!
  The main bathroom was lovely and clean and the main bedroom had an ensuite shower. The house was comfortable and had nice views of a river - though beware of the midgies (small flies), however remember you are beside a river, which ebbed and flowed and attracted the odd heron in search of fish.
  The house was very clean and there was plenty of information available for attractions nearby and places to visit. Heat was included in the cost, which is always a bonus, so no hidden costs. I can be fussy about use of towels and linen and while I brought my own towels, I used those provided, as they were vey clean and well maintained. Furnishings were comfortable.
  
  All in alll a great place to stay and if the owners maintain the current standard, we would certainly recommend here, as it is also an excellent base to explore the main attractions of Clare and Limerick.
