Able to sleep up to six people, this modern, detached house is located just three miles from the village of Killoglin in County Kerry. This modern, detached three-bedroom house is set in pretty gardens, approximately three miles from Killorglin, County Kerry. The property is spacious and provides guests with two reception rooms - ideal for relaxing or for enjoying family get-togethers. There is a large garden and patio area and from here and throughout the property, visitors can enjoy excellent mountain views across the local scenery, and the cottage is well positioned for access to all local attractions.

Amenities: Oil central heating.... Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 3 x TVs, DVD, stereo/CD player. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Large lawned area with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: No children under the age of 12 years old at this cottage.

Region: County Kerry is a mystical and unspoilt part of Ireland, with spectacular natural beauty and a fascinating history. Facing the Atlantic Ocean, it features many sandy beaches, rocky inlets and stunning peninsulas.

Town: Situated in the heart of County Kerry, the pretty town of Killorglin is located close to the River Laune. Surrounded by great scenery, this pretty village is within easy reach of the Ring of Kerry walking route and offers a variety of cafes, restaurants and pubs as well as great fishing opportunities on the River Laune and at nearby Caragh Lake. The town itself is also home to the annual Puck Fair - one of Ireland's oldest street festivals held every August. There are numerous sandy beaches close by in addition to a variety of good golf courses throughout the area. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
