Had a great stay, except that the ice machine in the fridge didnt work, and in relation to when we booked were not impressed that we were so far down in No.1 when we could see there was no one else hardly even there while we were! Other than that we love staying there with the ski in ski out accomodations!!!

The service was excellent. The hottub was great!
The home was nice, spacious and beautiful. Dishes and towels we're well stocked and all the appliances worked great.
The location was good. The view was not the best to the hill but it was fine. It would have been more comfortable if it had been closer to the slope to the lift and the upstairs was cool for the most part the heating wasn't circulating to well and the best were very dirty. But all in all it was a great place to stay.

The only complaint we had was regarding the hot tub. Because of how it is positioned on the deck, the lid is really hard to get back on. You pretty much have to be in the hot tub to do it. The water was also a bit murky.
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and smelled very fresh! The cross country skiing was fantastic, and the down hill skiing great as well. Being able to ski in and out of the condo was well worth the extra cost! -

accomodations for the most part excellent.
we had four condos in Sullivan, some had some minor repairs that needed to be done and a few of the doors didn't open with the keys we had.
Great location for a golf group. -

Our stay was nice accomodations were clean. Hot tub stool had nails exposed which were fixed when hot tub cleaner showed up. For faimlies with children I would recommend staying where there was a pool to drive into town to indoor pool was a hassel.

This condo's patio faces the slope side. It's a perfect location for ski in / ski out. You can stop in for lunch and then ski down to the lift for afternoon skiing. The unit is in excellent shape but we did have a faucet problem which was promptly replaced. Every year we tend to have appliance malfunctions but management always gets us fixed up. The hot tub is always fun and relaxing. I would highly recommend this unit because you really can't ask for anything more. For the price, it's great value.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a great review.
The condo you stayed in is one of the most sought after but we look after repeat guests as they get first refusal. If you want the same unit next year then just let me know.
I apologise for the malfunctions of the faucet and last year if I remember correctly it was the fridge but we do try our hardest to work around the clock to get things back up and running and I thank you for mentioning that.
Look forward to seeing you again next year.
Kind regards
Anne

Calgary, AlbertaExcellent Value for the money with a few manageable problems.

Overall our stay at this property was excellant. The location is right at the bottom of the main ski run and the place was bigger and nicer than we were expecting. We did have issues with the hot tub the first night but other than that the place is amazing. We would definitely stay there again. Rcr was a little slow on their response to our hot tub issue but the maintenance guy that showed up was very courteous.

St. AlbertGreat resort with fabulous location just lack of service
Left on 12/29/2010 for a stay in December 2010
I had a group of 20 people staying in two condos at this resort, the rooms were fantastic with lots of room for everyone. The location could not get any better we could ski right to our door it was fabulous. The only problem we had was with the hot tub service, in the guest book it says to call anytime with any issues which we did and at first got it fixed in a timely manner and then had the hot tub guy coming into our room about 3-4 times a day for the remainder of our trip which was unnecessary because we werent having any problems with it and we did not call for help.

Manager
Thanks for your comments regarding your stay at Sullivan Stone. I appreciate your comments regarding the hot tub - but we had to check on both of your hot tubs continuously as we were getting calls at all times of the day - 12.30am/1am so we felt that we would rather give too much service rather than not enough. We also received numerous complaints from your neighbours regarding your group and their behaviour so we had to do the checks unfortunately. One way to keep us away from the checks is to behave then we won't feel the need to keep on checking on you all the time. Maybe something to think about if you come back :)
Kind regards
Rocky Mountain Accommodations.
