Winnipeg, MBIt was lovely!
Left on 03/23/2012 for a stay in March 2012
The keys were there when we got there and we were even able to check in early!!
The condo was equipt with everything we could possibly need for the week, even laundry detergant for the washing machine!!!
We loved the accomodations.
However, we found it wasnt true ski in ski out and that the key for the ski lock up wasnt available to us which made things a little awkward to store ski gear.
All in all it was great! -

Perfect place to kick back and spend some time with friends. Big condo has room to fit 4-6 comfortably and pricewise is perfect.

Not a hitch! Thorough maps led us to the lock box to pick up our keys and the map guided right to the door. Loved the accomodation. Up-to-date and very clean. The only thing we had trouble with was operating the cable TV in the living room. It worked fine in the master bedroom but not in the living room. Since we didn't have any personal contact at check-in, we were not sure how to get the TV working -- who to call. We were there to ski so we just didn't worry about it.

Neat condo, great spaces. was just perfect for the family (4).
we had problems with the internet that was solved the very first day and were just missing the key for the parking lot from the condo, but solved going around and pushing the green button ! -

Calgary, ABConvenient ski-in ski-out accommodation
Left on 02/13/2011 for a stay in January 2011
We stayed 2 nigths at Timberstone Lodge in a 1 bedroom condo. The accommodation is very well laid out with the ski locker and entrance on slate (hence easy to clean). The password for the internet did not work but got fixed right away by the staff- much appreciated. Our key to the locker did not work and our request for access was not addressed during our stay - inconvenient but minor. This specific unit (26) is a short walk from ski-in and ski-out - next time, we would probably try getting a unit right on the hill, which is even more convenient (particuarly with kids).

Thank you for your comments regarding your stay in a Timberstone 1 bedroom condo.
I am not sure what happened with your ski locker but your concern wasn't passed onto the Kimberley team straight away and it wasn't until you had left that we got the message. I apologise that this wasn't addressed straight away.
If you are considering coming back to Kimberley then please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Kind regards

Calgary,ABwow simply amazing
Left on 12/06/2010 for a stay in November 2010
Well the property its self was hard to find especially arriving at night. But once we got in; it was amazing. We felt like we could live there forever. The condo its self was very clean, the stainless steel appliances, the 40" tv, the bed rooms, the bathrooms everything about it was amazing.
Ps the only downfall there is no check in.
Woke up the next morning, and to add to everything was the views of the mountains.
Def stay there! -

EdmontonMis-Communication
Left on 10/26/2010 for a stay in February 2010
We booked a room that had a hot tub (or so the website told us). When we arrived there was so hot tub which was not what we expected because we rented that room thinking the room would have a hot tub.
I called customer service and the lady who was working went out of her way to see if she could move us to another location, which eventually happened.
I was not impressed with my initial room and miscommunication, but our second room was great and we had a blast.Response from Rocky Mountain Accommodations - 10/26/2010
Manager
Unfortunately this miss-communication was the result of a third-party booking agent, RCR, who as the guest quite rightly stated, had informed him that our 1-bedroom units at TimberStone have hot tubs on deck. RCR in this instance got it wrong and overlooked our information listed on the back-end booking engine. Within an hour of the guests arriving we had solved the problem and given them 2 bedroom unit with a private hot tub on deck, at our own expense. We have since ensured RCR give precise descriptions of all of our properties as supplied to them to stop a further incident of this kind again. Despite the initial inconvenience I hope the guests enjoyed their overall stay with us at Rocky Mountain Accommodations. We must apologize for any inconvenience caused at the time but I think it is fair to say we did everything in our power to rectify the problem.
