Cottage Profile Warm, decorative cottage near Kincardine, close to the shoreline and not far from the sand at Inverhuron Beach. Pull into the cottage driveway and find a nice grassy yard for the kids to enjoy, and a back patio with table, umbrella and chairs for your use. Enter the cottage into an inviting kitchen where you'll see a table and chairs to sit and eat at, and also the amenities that you need including fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. Pass through to the comfortable living room area where you will find beautiful wood floors, walls and beams giving this property a great cottage feel. The living room is co...mplete with two cozy couches, lounge chair, a fireplace and a wood stove. The perfect spot to curl up with a good book, or look out to the peaceful front garden which has four Muskoka chairs for you to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Also on the first floor of the cottage you'll find a 2-piece bathroom. Moving up the stairs, you'll find an additional bathroom (a 4-piece) and two bedrooms. In the master bedroom you'll find a queen size bed, and in the second bedroom there are two double beds. Moving upstairs again to the third and final level, you will find an additional bedroom with two single beds. While this property is not waterfront, the shoreline is close by, just across the street from the cottage. There you will find public access to the waterfront on a flat, stony waterfront that provides good swimming (we do suggest wearing swim shoes). The sandy beach at Inverhuron Beach is just 1.3km away. You can get there by walking along the shoreline, or hop in the car for a quick 5 minute drive to Inverhuron Provincial Park, from which you can access the sand beach or the park trails for a great walk. Plenty of space is available in the large grassy backyard, so let the kids play and don't forget to enjoy a campfire around the firepit, toasting marshmallows and telling ghost stories. A propane barbeque is available for your use - perfect for creating a great summer meal! Plenty of fun and adventures await at the sand beach and at the nearby provincial park. This property is just outside the community of Tiverton and is a short drive from Kincardine, so you are not far from places to shop, eat out, play golf and much more!
