This was our first time in North Lake Tahoe. And I have to admit, it has it's charm. This unit is just so perfect, we want to make sure we have their info on hand for our next visit. The location is so close to everything that it gives you the privacy when you are there, and the accessibility when you need to go somewhere. Clean, man, so neat. And the owners are so nice and they respond to you in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you so much for sharing your property with my family and looking forward to the next one.

We were lucky enough to book this condo at the last minute. It was perfect for us. Very clean, super comfortable king size bed downstairs very private for the adults. Nice quiet complex, great pool, but no exercise equipment or jacuzzi (which was no big deal).
For 2 adults and 2 - 4 teens, it's just right! Would highly recommend. Owner very easy to work with.Response from Ronald S. Walters - 08/09/2011

We don't have a jacuzzi But we have a Bicycle and a treadmill in the excercise room, which people think is an office. There is also a tv to watch while excercising. Sorry you didn' locate it.

Close to Northstar and walking distance to the shops in Kingsbeach. The condo was warm, spacious (party of four) and clean. We'd rent from Dodie again. The layout is split over three levels with the middle level being the main living and kitchen open plan area. Both the first and third floors have bathrooms. There's ample parking close by (condo is set back a bit from the parking area) and the development keeps the pathways cleared of snow.

Best things about this condo:
- great location (v close to Northstar and Kings Beach shops and restaurants)
- good value for sleeping six comfortably
- kitchen with all the necessities for cooking and eating in
- comfy bed and living rooms (separate TVs for parents and kids!)
Things we missed:
- hot tub/pool
- broadband internet connection

This is a very comfortable condo that was perfect for our ski vacation. It is in a quiet wooded area above Kings Beach. The condo and surrounding development are well maintained and the three level design worked well for our family. It is close to Northstar and centrally located for easy trips to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Sugar Bowl and Diamond Peak. We highly recommend this condo!

Loved the condo, had everything we needed, very quite, relaxing, outdoor pool, clean, near shopping and resturaunts. Have been there a couple of times with and without children, looking forward to visiting again when the snow falls.

Wonderful condo with all the amenities you would need. Everything was very clean and the place is nicely decorated. Would be easy to stay for a longer period than a weekend which was all we stayed for. Location is central for the North Shore. Hope to come back this winter for skiing.
