This three story creekside townhome is a perfect place to relax.The entry level offers 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The second level has a recently remodeled kitchen with granite countertops and pine cabinets. Also on the second level is the living area, another full bath and the third bedroom. On the top and third level there is a loft. This condo is just miuntes away from Lake Tahoe and Northstar!
The pool and tennis courts are available in the summer, and the sauna and fitness room are open year round.

Each summer, we stay at Kingswood Village. 151 is in an absolutely perfect location, unfortunately, we would not recommend this unit, unless new mattresses are purchased for the main bedrooms. Sleeping on "boxspring" mattresses is not relaxing.Everything else, except for the beds, was fine.

We have stayed in Kingswood Village for quite a number of years, and this unit was one of the best for location. We specifically requested one facing the stream, so we could hear the water. The view and unit location were perfect.
Unfortunately, the master bed downstairs had a box spring, but not a mattress. We were sore by the end of our week! Our daughters were all comfortable in their beds, just the master bed.
We stayed at a different unit in June and in comparing the two units, this one lacked the extra multitude of hooks that the June unit offered in the downstairs bathroom.
Everything else was fine. We love to cook our meals, so the kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
Living room was very comfy for our family evenings of games, and I love having a washer and dryer for fresh towels.
