The booking of this unit was fast, accurate and friendly. I had to call the office several times, and I talked with professional and caring people.

The unit is clean and well equipped, it looks way better than the single picture showing on the ad. The lake looks so peaceful and pretty from the patio, there are two patios in this unit that surprised me. The unit is 1 minute walk from the dock and lake, it would be perfect for a boating event in summer. The kitchen is very easy to use, all kind of cooking pots are available there. Flatware is gorgeous and clean.

If I have to say one thing I like the least, that would be that I didn't find the electric griddle. I have 2 kids in the group, I was hoping to make lots pancakes fast but using other breakfast pan did the trick as well.

What a great house for a "girlfriend reunion"; comfortable surroundings with a breathtaking view of the Lake. House was well stocked and clean. No door on the master bathroom? Weather was perfect and crowds were small. Thanks for your good service. I'll call you again for help.

We were vacationing with three generations and the condo met all our needs. The view of the lake was even better than I expected, from both the upper and lower decks. The rent was more than we usually pay, but being able to prepare all our own meals for a group of 8 kept the food costs down.

Overall a great place to stay!

Our family had a great time here. The rental was clean and for the most part comfortable. Our only problem was that the pull out bed in the upstairs room was very lumpy and uncomfortable. Our boys were unable to sleep on the mattress.

Once in a lifetime experience!

Due to the epic snowpack and weather forecasts for skiers, my friends and I mad a last minute decision to drive to Tahoe, but had no lodging reservations . Once we arrived, I found Pullen Rentas online and spoke with Dave who was more that helpful in making sure we had fabulous accommodations at a great price. Dave also went out of his way to tell us about the area and where the best skiing was to be found that week. I will continue to work with Pullen and will recommend my friends traveling to Tahoe that they make sure to call Dave!

Fantastic place

Really great apartment in a fabulous location. Ignore the complaints below about the carpet and the dishes being chipped. Maybe 2 plates were chipped, and the carpets were fine. The place is really nice, *right* by the lake (you even get a view of the sunrise over the mountains on the other side of the lake, which is just stunning). Highly recommended.

Great Location - cosy but not polished

We booked this rental for a getaway between Xmas and New Year with the family. The location is wonderful and the view of the lake from the family room is captivating as the mood changes constantly. That said we were somewhat disappointed with the standard of the amenities. Such as:-

We paid >$500/night and one would like to think that there would be a matching set of wine glases for 8 per the accomodation. The dishware was mostly mismatched and chipped. The cooker door would not shut properly and as a result we could not use the oven, in fact it was a burning hazard. The bedding was tired and in need of replacement.
Torn sheets in the twin bedded room. One of the the twin beds was pretty unconfortable, probably OK for a child. The sleeper sofa was unconfortable for even 1 adult and the spare comforter provided was stained. Only one hairdryer was provided in 2.5 bathrooms

This is not intended as a whine but as feedback for the owners. Despite this, I would stay there again since the location is so convenient and pretty.

wonderful

We enjoyed our stay so very much. The condo met all our needs. We were very surprised how much we felt at home there. Looking forward to going back next year. The bear alerts was somewhat scary but we stayed in at night. The only problem we had was the dark color of the stairs, several of us fell because it was hard to see the steps and the lighting wasn't very good at night. Thank you for the recommendation !! Enjoyed all the people we met there !!!

More than expected

Our stay was wonderful. The view from the top balcony was just what I was looking for. The home was the right size for our group. The welcome basket was a nice surprise. I needed extra attention towards the end of my stay and everyone at Pullen was quite accommodating. Thank you.

Beautiful home, but only one working shower

This was a beautiful home. Nice, short drive to Northstar. Worked well for my family and my brother's family. Only problem was the master bedroom shower did not give out any hot water. So we had eight people share one shower.

Nice and spacious

We stayed there for a short week. Had a great time. We liked the leaving room, kitchen, dining open floor plan was great for the adults and kids to hang out after a long day on the slopes.
The downstairs level was freezing even with the heater on. The deco could be redone ...
