  We spent four days at the property with our family and our dog. The property was clean and was ready for us when we arrived. This is not one of those vacation properties in which the owners provide you with the leftover appliance and utensils they would otherwise donate to the Goodwill. They have a nice gas Weber grill and the plates, pots and pans are also new-ish.
  The property is located close (enough) to the beach (about 15 minutes walk). We were initially slightly concerned about a couple of industrial entities (looked to be a lumbar company) a few blocks down the street but after the first couple of days we felt safe. It is really tranquil during the weekend but on the weekdays expect a bit of traffic on the street during "commute time".
  The property manager, Dana, was very responsive and professional. The internet was down on the second day we were there; I immediately emailed Dana (early on Saturday morning) to ask about the location of the router for restart and received an almost instant response.
  We will come back!
