Thanks to Keisha & Mrs Jump my husband and I had a wonderful time at winchester estate. We needed somewhere clean, homely, comfortable and can I say affordable!and we had it all. During our stay we held our wedding and was pleased with the arrangements made for our wedding night at the apartment on behave of prohomes. This apartment is a lot nicer than some of these expensive hotels, the location was great and security was smashing; We would highly recommend this apartment as it gives a taste of luxury at home. We've already booked to return soon and we can't wait.

When I arrived here it was just like the pictures. Sometimes when you see things online and you arrive it's total not what you expect but not in this case. When I arrived I was greeted by two lovely people who showed me around and made sure everything was to my liking.
I loved the fact that it was conveniently located to near by attractions. The place was clean , secure and felt like home.
I'm heading back to Jamaica in august and this was the 1st place that came to mind but unfortunately it's not available on my travel dates. Hopefully the next time around. -

I Stay at the winchester estates apt 17a on april 02 thru to 4/13/12 I was so surprise when miss k open the door the apt was every clean and beautiful
it was more than i expected ,The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was very clean . thank you for the bottle of water that was a plus
I love the security it make me feel safe

I have now stayed at this guest house twice and once at 11 when I took the children and I find no fault the services the house the cleanliness just everything was to perfection they took to time to make mt stayed very much welcome and also I got married and couldn't afford a fancy hotel they came in a made the room like a honeymoon suite and I was so much chuffed I cried honest I can't wait for the summer to go back a best spend ever thank you guys and special shout out to mrs jump love you mama

Although it is already more than a year ago, I really need to recommend Winchester estate.
Our family traveling with two youths felt safe and secure in this groundfloor apartment with all the necessary facilities located in a safe area. The welcome was wonderful, we were treated like family, got all the help and instructions we neededand enjoyed the two room apartment with kitchen. Our last day we washed our clothes in the perfect washing facility and were transported by our wonderful new friends !
We will definitely will return when we are on Jamaica !!!

I stayed here from Jan 5th-Jan 17th 2012, From the moment I booked to the point I checked in, and during my stay everything was absolutely wonderful, no hassle and very relaxing. I have rented at other places before and by far This has been the best. The apartment was very nice and spacious, there was cable TV with more than enough channels, also a laundry area right in the comfort of you apartment.Also you have 24/7 around the clock security which is very tight so that was a bonus. I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment and prohomesja!!!...definetly will be using them again for the future..Thanks again Damion,Keisha and Ms. Jones for making this trip amazing for me!!

We had a mix up with the organised pick-up and made our own way to the apartment; poor street numbering and information made for some difficulty in locating the address. Once arrived the management team were on the front foot to provide every assistance and support. For a ground floor unit the a/C struggled to cool the apartment even after I cleaned the filters; apart from that the unit was very clean and well fitted out. The apartment is located in a secure compound with round the clock security so felt very safe and never threatened. Stayed 2 nights and would recommend for short stays.

it was great staying at winchester estate, it was home away from home, peaceful quiet shops were near n the customer service was great. the room was lovely n clean from room to room. the only fault was i couldnt stay longer, security was tight and i wpuld recommend to a friend actually i did n we going back in october 2011. god bless tee

I love this place, I would definitely rent from prohomesja again and again this is my new found second home whenever I visit Kingston Jamaica. Having a pool would of course make it perfect other than that I have no complaints, we locked our keys in the car, when I contact our contact person, they were very nice, and helpful and did not mindd coming out 11 pm at night to let us in, in the rain. Check out was pleasant, checking in was no problem, the security is very tight(which was a plus for me). I am very pleased with the Winchester apt. Thank you prohomesja for making my stay pleasent, I travel eery 3 to 4 months so this will definitely be my second home.

I stayed at Winchester 11a in May and was very impressed with this condo; it felt like home away from home. Everything I needed was there and the apartment was very comfortable and modern. I was welcomed by Mrs. Audrey who was just so courteous, professional and helpful. Damion was also very helpful and was there to answer all my questions. The security was very tight and these men were so professional to the point were even my visitors were impressed. The grounds is very well kept and the complex was also very quiet. This will be my home away from home whenever i'm in Jamaica. Thanks again Mrs. Jump and Damion I really enjoyed my stay.

Hi future holiday makers/ trip planners, I and two other companions stayed at the Winchester Estate recently.
Well what can I say it has been a great experience, it was my time to the island. I was charged with finding the ideal apartment and I was very nervious about getting it right and I'm pleased to say I did, wow. I viewed dozens of places online, 1 of the main requirements of our stay in Kingston (considering reputation that the district gets) was to be within a secure gated community.
I have no complaints from the booking procedure to check-out, everything went smoothly and all the Prohomesja staff were very professional, courteous and ever so helpful. Oh I mustn't forget to talk about the location its centrally located to the life and heart of Kingston, shops, banks, places to eat, transport and the night life whatever your taste...
We plan to travel back to the Island next year and will be trying to book on Winchester Estate again pending upon availability. Planner to go for a larger apartment and for a longer period.

i spoke to keisha before i left the uk, due to a personel problem, and i can tell anyone she told me i would be happy but i never knew that once i got there i never wanted to leave, it was home from home i cant complain about nothink i would tell anyone you want safety get to winchster estate the security guards know there job,every think you want is so close,my kids cried their eyes out when we had to leave...i would never stay no where else in jamaica

I stayed at Winchester Estate 11a with my wife, an infant and a toddler in February 2011. All our expectations were met and exceded. Comfortable king bed, crib for baby, clean, spacious and just like home. Very centrally located, safe and secured. I was more than grateful for the free wireless internet. I will certainly stay here again whenever I visit Kingston.

Me & my Fiance recently stayed in Kingston at Winchester 11a & we loved it. The apartment was nice, clean, & cozy. It is in a great location & security & great. I was late making it to do apartment on my day of arrival because my bags were delayed & MRS jump was very understanding & helpful. The bed was great & I never wanted to get out of it in the mornings. The private patio was a plus, we would sit out on the patio during the day & enjoy the breeze & listen to the school kids & at night & enjoy the beauty of Jamaica. I travel to Kingston a lot & I will most Definately be staying at Winchester again & will recommend it to my family & friends. I love this place.

We stayed 3 nights in Kingston and really enjoyed this apartment. The location is nice in daytime and it is very easy to reach for example Bob Marley museum by local bus. The wireless internet worked perfectly and the washing machine was very nice extra for packpackers in a long trip. Owners of the apartment are extremely friendly and helpful! Thank you very much, in case we visit Kingston again we would definately like to stay at this place again! :)

Wow!!! I really enjoyed the apartment way above my expectation, they provided just about everything for you you feel at home, even a local cell phone. I'm a very picky person but the apartment was decorated well, centrally located, and the most important thing security was tight so no unwanted guest. This will definitely be my home when I visit Jamaica at least three times a year.

This was truly home in paradise. the comfort and the staff , oh my you have the perfect people in place to take care of things. Mrs jump was the best. this will always be my vacation place trust me. just hope its availible when i return. I never really wanted to leave . you have so many accomindations for your guest, and we truly appreciate them. My partner and I recently stayed at Winchester Estates for 5 days, it was the last leg of my stay in Jamaica and we regret that we did not stay for the entire trip. The facilities had everything to my convenience, I made full use of the kitchen by preparing morning and evening meals and the laundry facilities where a great addition. The apartment was ideally situated to Half Way Tree, for easy walking access to area shops and government offices to conduct business, and for friends to visit.
I would recommend Winchester as an alternative to a hotel to friends planning a trip to Kingston and I look forward to staying there in the future.

I stayed four nights at Winchester Estates, and I will definitely be staying there
again when I return to Kingston. The owners are very professional and also
very friendly and helpful. Even though we arrived earlier than our check-in
time, they were able to accommodate us. I had a rental car and I felt
completely comfortable parking it in the parking lot with its 24-hour security.
I thought I would feel a bit nervous staying in a ground-floor apartment, but I
always felt secure.
The place was clean and well-maintained. The amenities were great. The
wireless internet was easy to set up. My favourite feature was the cell phone
that came with the place. It was so convenient to be able to use it during my
stay.
I had no problems with this place. The only real problem I had was finding it! -

When I arrived to Winchester Estate, since it is a gated community, I had to disclose my apt# and name along with any guests to the security guard at the gate entrance. Soon after I was greeted with a warm welcome from the manager that made me feel as if I was coming home to family. I was then taken on a tour of the apartment, presented with a cell phone to use during my stay, a lease, and beverages. The home was very clean, comfortable and equipped with cooking utensils, washer/dryer, linens, cable, internet and cleaning supplies. The location is safe and convenient. It is literally a hop skip and jump from Hope road which is great to get a taxi to Bob Marley Museum, TGIF, Devon House and many other attractions. You can also walk to the junction of Halfway Tree/Hope road where there is a supermarket, food, shopping, more transportation to take you downtown. The best thing I liked was location. I love to walk and I could walk anywhere I chose to. My least favorite part was the kind of linen used. I would suggest cotton sheets and lint free towels. Thank you.

First off i was so greatfull for finding such a proffesional and top class service provider. The apartment was lovely i really couldnt ask for more. I travel to jamaica regularly on buisness trips and i found that this location and all the amenities suited me perfectly. The thing that i liked the least was the fact that i had to leave.
