I stayed at this apartment for a total of 5 days.Absolutely stunning apartment,within a good location.
Apartment is gated as well as having a security code to access your apartment block,i felt more than safe.
The apartment provided a warm cosy feel which had that great ambience,which was perfect to entertain in.
Total value for money ,I would utterly recommend.Mangers of the apartment where always helpful and accommodating. -

We, three Scandinavians, spent two weeks in Kingston and this apartment was our cozy home for hat time. Personell, Camille and the boys of security were friendly and helpful. The apartment was modern and offered good possibilities for relaxing after our visits to Downtown and several reggea-hapenings. The main bedroom was perfect, but the second bedroom was too warm for us, even it was February. If you could arrange aC also in that room the apartment would be perfect!

This 2 bed gated 24 hour security apartment is great, located just 5 mins drive from the heart of New Kingston would recommend any one to stay here, apartment has every thing needed for a smooth holiday washing machine, fridge freezer, pots and pans etc. Enjoyed every bit of my trip and may be making this my second home on my travels to Jamaica.

From the moment we pulled up to the building, we knew we were gonna love this place! Greeted by the lovely and ever-accomodating Camille, our check-in went smoothly, as Camille gave us a tour of the apartment and building, which also includes a gym upstairs. She even lend me a Digicel SIM card to use during my stay. The apartment was even more lovely than the pictures! The aC in the bedroom was cool and refreshing, and with the fans, the apartment never really got that hot. And the balcony!!! That was my favorite place to relax in the apartment. Sometimes my friends didn't even know I was out there, as it had an entrance off the living room and the master bedroom.
As for the location...it was perfect! A one-minute walk to the main provided taxis readily availible. The heart of New Kingston was only a five minute taxi ride away, and places to get everything you needed (cooked food, food to cook, phone cards) were in walking distance. Even walking at night, I never ever felt unsafe in the neighborhood.
Marsha could have easily charged double of what we paid per night for such a rental. Quality and comfort on a dime...that's what I like! Will definitely stay there again! I only have one tiny suggestion before I come back: a few chairs and a small table on the lovely balcony would have been nice.Response from MARSHA ANTONIO - 06/06/2012

Marsha's apartment was just great, very comfortable, excellent location and totally furnished. The stay here was totally pleasant.
I must say the service received by Marsha to make the reservation and Nicola on site was amazing, definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
This apartment for yous stay in Kingston is 110% recommended.

Was a great experience, welcome was very friendly with a small care package being provided. Plenty of towels and linens were available. Kitchen had all utensils. Compound was secure and very central, within easy walking distance of banks and shops.
